Hello, dear readers and fellow writers!
I read and write in the Inuyasha and Harry Potter fandoms, preferring non-canon pairing that involve bad boys of the fandoms: Sesshomaru, Snape, Draco, Lucius (mmm, Slytherins), and Hermione is the Potterverse bicycle.
Completed fics in the Potterverse:
* The Devil is in the Details (HG/SS - M for language and violence - and I'm happy to mention that it was a Featured Story at TPP for 2/08 and nominated for the SS/HG awards Round Two)
* For All Intents and Purposes (HG/SS - M for language and violence)
Completed fics for Inuyasha:
* Darkness (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut - won multiple awards at IY groups)
* To Shed a Little Light (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut- won multiple awards at IY groups)
* Quadrangle (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut)
* Moving Pictures (Sessh/OC - NC17 for smut)
* Don't Know What You've Got 'til it's Gone (Kag/IY - NC17 for smut - and this was my first fic ever, so be warned)
WIP:
* Cereal Box Romance (Kag/Sessh - Inuyasha - updated irregularly- won multiple awards at IY groups)
* Primal (Kag/Sessh - Inuyasha - pretty much abandoned)
Upcoming projects? Yes. I've got a one-shot HG/SS cooking that I may never finish or post, and I've started a multi-chapter HG/SS as well. I will probably write a number of the chapters before I start posting, so you probably won't see anything new for a while.

ahhh , hope springs eternal, he needs to drop the pretty face, she doesn't like it!
eeeeeeeeeeeeek! *bounces on edge of seat*
I am holding on tightly to hope. He's been alone for so long, and so much has happened that I can only wish he will be able to forgive her. Maybe now the time is right for them to be together.Excellent chapter!
*lets out a relieved sigh* Most excellent. As bad as I feel for Hermione, I feel much worse for Severus. She's been separated without hope from him for a month, but he's been separated without hope from her for decades.
alright...now that the two of them is aware of the other we can have an happy end...can't we??this chapter is one of the best you crafted and it was a pleasure to read...so don't have many scruples and post the next one as soon as possible...I assure you it will be well recievedbye bye
Looks like she very much doesn't trust her senses and intuition. The Greenglass name? The same potion smell? The sound of his voice? C'mon Hermione, buy a clue.
That trip on memory lane seems to have benefitial results in the end :)
Have you ever seen Joe vs. The Volcano? The montage of Meg Ryan's hand slowly curling into Tom Hanks' is exactly how I pictured Severus and Hermione's scenario...
That was amazing. And all the clues were there, I'm so glad they found each other. Now they just have to admit it to one another.
I can't believe there's only one chapter left. I really like this well adjusted Severus, and the retrospective you've given has whet my appetite.
Ah, so Severus and Healert Greenglass are one and the same. Nice touch.
::whimpery gasp:: Eeep! And so it comes! The moment of truth!
Oooooooooh! most lovely! I can't wait for the final chapter :)
This was wonderful. One thing that seemed particularly lovely to me was that he did not crumble into some sort of pit of despair after she left (no extremes of behavior as with the starglass, his life did not become pointless and expendable) but was enriched by her presence in it, however brief (he made friends, developed a career he actually liked, wanted to live enough to keep from dying, etc) so that now that he has found her again, he has something to share beyond his own youth and insecurity and pain. You've done a lovely job making that happen very quickly. I loved it.
Oh, how could you stop there! Oooh. . . but that was a lovely chapter! Thank you for having that flashback; it really helped show into how Severus really is and how much he loved Hermione (rather, Heidi). Ah, Hermione. So afraid to hope. It's almost sad how long it took her, because it shows that she's very afraid of having her heart broken again, afraid of hoping for something that might not be there. *sniffle*Thank you so much!~KatieP.STerry Pratchett! Yay! He is so awesome!
Boo! This was too short, I want the reunion dammit!!! Also, poor Draco, but I'm sure he'll recover.
I'm so glad that Severus noticed that Hermione was Heidi. The scars from Remus were definitely a dead-giveaway. Too bad that Remus isn't around with whom he could confirm the evidence. I wonder what Severus is going to say/do when he takes a walk with Hermione. Will he "casually" ask a question about Severus Snape, or will he do something to reveal himself first? Hopefully after they find each other again, we learn what happens to them in the future. Will Draco learn the truth? Will Severus reveal to the world that he's alive? Where will they live. Anyway, I'm quite eager for more. Please make the ending quite sweet. :)
Severus' life without Heidi doesn't seem as bereft as his life without Lily. Or maybe it is just that I see the light at the end of the tunnel with Hermione but not with Lily...
i meant heidi not holly.....duh me
I'm going to throw my theory in.
By altering the timeline enough, younger Snape in the past gradually figures out that "Holly" was time travelling.
Over the years and, once the golden trio come to Hogwarts, he figures out who Holly really is, as well as how far from the future she was.
What he doesn't know for sure is, did she go back to her time and purpsosely leave him behind, or was it another accident?
As the second war draws closer, he starts remembering her vague warnings and decides to be proactive. Perhaps he plans to go into hiding ahead of time, or perhaps he makes that decision after he realizes everyone thinks he's dead. Hence, taking on her fake name as his own.
The fake name he uses for his alter ego is intentional, perhaps with the hopes she figures out that he's not dead and that he listened to her warnings.
My guess is that the next chapter will reveal everything. That he never stopped loving her and (I'm hoping because I'm a romantic at heart) wants to resume their relationship, knowing it will still be fresh for her. The usual Snape is angry and Hermione for leaving him in the past is too cliche. Or if he does doubt, then perhaps finding out that she was intending on going back to the past with him permanently after she got her affairs in order, and that she loves him and mourns him, will be enough to reconcile them.
Epilogue in the last chapter could be the same old "live happily ever after" in the present, or it could be one with a twist: His present day, 40something year old self, presents the starglass to her (after finding it mysteriously years after "Holly" disappeared), and asks her to use it to go back to the past to pick up where they left off. It ends with them living "happily ever after" from the past to the present, while making an even more positive impact on the outcome of the second war (by knowing ahead of time of the whereabouts of the horcruxes and then subsequently destroying them properly, preventing many deaths, etc.,)
But who knows.....
I'm often wrong about these things.
:D
This is a fabulous story rhiannonofthemoon.I can't believe there's only two chapters left and I still can't figure out if "Snape Greenglass" will be adult Snape or the younger Snape Hermione fell in love with!I'm dying to read the next chapter! :)You are a very talented writer!Oh, and by the way, I think your Hermione continues to be very bright, independent, fiesty and kind hearted...5 stars!
Fantastic chapter - I loved how you brought them back together - the poor girl suffering from lost love and suffering from injuries to her back - they both deserve peace.
Gloriously tense and builds up anticipation like crazy....Severus? why, yes, I think, but....How? and in what form and why? brilliantly written and as always, well developed and intricate emotional picture...can't wait to read more! thnx
All right, no more mystery. I hope you don't plan to draw the angst part very long especially as there is no real basis for it. I'd have expected Hermione to think more quickly. Anyway, I liked this story. It was very interesting, well written and your playing with time was most refreshing. I am still looking forward to some revelations, such as where he found her note and what he thought of her disappearance.Half a star down for Hermione's stupidity. Can't award points for that, now can I? Thank you for a great read so far. Other than the angst, that is ;-)
