Hello, dear readers and fellow writers!
I read and write in the Inuyasha and Harry Potter fandoms, preferring non-canon pairing that involve bad boys of the fandoms: Sesshomaru, Snape, Draco, Lucius (mmm, Slytherins), and Hermione is the Potterverse bicycle.
Completed fics in the Potterverse:
* The Devil is in the Details (HG/SS - M for language and violence - and I'm happy to mention that it was a Featured Story at TPP for 2/08 and nominated for the SS/HG awards Round Two)
* For All Intents and Purposes (HG/SS - M for language and violence)
Completed fics for Inuyasha:
* Darkness (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut - won multiple awards at IY groups)
* To Shed a Little Light (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut- won multiple awards at IY groups)
* Quadrangle (Kag/Sessh - NC17 for smut)
* Moving Pictures (Sessh/OC - NC17 for smut)
* Don't Know What You've Got 'til it's Gone (Kag/IY - NC17 for smut - and this was my first fic ever, so be warned)
WIP:
* Cereal Box Romance (Kag/Sessh - Inuyasha - updated irregularly- won multiple awards at IY groups)
* Primal (Kag/Sessh - Inuyasha - pretty much abandoned)
Upcoming projects? Yes. I've got a one-shot HG/SS cooking that I may never finish or post, and I've started a multi-chapter HG/SS as well. I will probably write a number of the chapters before I start posting, so you probably won't see anything new for a while.
Reviews for For All Intents and Purposes
oooooooooooooooooooo and lupin gets involved once more. i like how snape has the more respectable postion while lupin is the one left doing the disrespectable deeds. liked the whole thing about going to a bakery. and i adored the memory between hermione and her dad. but oooh i wonder what will snape think with her defence of lupin?
ah, i beleive it was last chapter or the one before- you said if hermione stayed shed be living two lives 50 yrs apart. shouldnt it be closer to twenty.
hermione's dream was amusing in so many angles. i especially lied the picture o draco and snape.
awwwww baby draco. though hermione's giving of the tea cosy hat didnt give it its freedom? ah lucius asking severus to bring hermione back pregnant-ha.
Hermione was about to protest this new injustice when a drawling voice, tinged slightly with incredulity, preceded a young man clad in rich, black velvet.
“Excuse me, but when I knocked, one of the cats opened the door.” ^____^
oooh and i really liked how she was focusing on the details on the rug that she had painfully memorized.
a diggory! and using zb's lines. but nifty that that was another onto the list of things severus has been analazing andcataloguing off her as not right. and i like how she didnt think about her stuff being robbed as well. as for ron not holding the door-he is a childhood friend its not quite the same (though yes i do hold doors for many including my friends. :))
awwwww lucius carring around a bunch of baby draco photos. how sweet. lucius totally rocked this chapter. i like the not full trust. pening it for her with an awkward flourish that she was sure was mimicked, albeit poorly, from Malfoy. ^____^
ooooooh, definately an intriging first chapter. a time-turner fic four years after dh where ss is know as dead and hg is still in a relationship with rw. and to top it off it starts off at ss's house. awesome.
mcgongall was definately one of amusement.
glad about the better explaination of ron and ginny. i was expecting an affair with harry to be the problem. so the characters havent changed as much as it originally seemed but they still had. love how the hair led him to baby hermione. likef the bit about her lying but not liking it.
omg if i woke with all those cats on me, id be horrified.
ooooh luna, nice. but neat at the ripple effect. i wonder how many other changes it had made. and if snape had the pctiure there i would assume he became suspicious of hermione. and oooh poor ron- though i noice how changing him would canger er feelings for him as well conviently but understandably.
oooh did she go back to her time? you did say you were inspired by inuyasha...
liked the chase and the struggle between them. oh andi wondered if lupin would make an appearence. and im glad you explianed how the lady knew he was a werewolf.
Hi! I found this by way of the "random story" button, and I'm so glad I did! Usually, I don't read the time travel fics, but this was so good I was hooked from the first paragraph. Of course, my kids are starving now, since dinner is quite late...Terrific story!

Late dinner??? Oh no! Speaking of which, it is about that time. I've been on the sewing machine for the past few hours. ;PSo glad that you gave it a chance and liked it. :) I know that time travel fics don't appeal to everyone.Hurray for the random story button!
Throughout the entire stint in jail section of the story, I have to tell you that there was a sick little part of my mind thinking, "How hilarious would it be if she just had Lupin eat them and ended the story right there? With a little note at the end like, 'Sometimes life's like that, isn't it?'" hahahaha. I mean, in essence, that's pretty much what Rowling did to all of us, really. Not to say that I'm not glad you didn't kill them all, but a terrible part of my psyche would have been blackly amused at the parody. I hated Rowling after that last book! lol

Or made them both werewolves? They could have gone on a murderous rampage through the jail, the town, and then would have to be hunted down. Talk about a twist... Yes, I had problems with the last book too - obviously. ;)
This was lovely! I really enjoyed how you wove together the disparate timelines with Luna the only one capable of understanding Hermione's sense of dislocation. And while I enjoy a steamy love scene as much as the next fangirl, it wouldn't have fit this story to tack one on at the end. I think the ending hits exactly the right note.

Thanks! If anyone could know about a friend traveling through time causing shifts in the space-time continuum without hardly batting an eye, then it would be Luna. :) It was gratifying that for all the requests for smut that reviewers left, most were satisfied that I didn't add any. There is plenty out there anyway.

holy hell you know how to spin a tale. I loved it from start to finish. I'm definitely adding it to my favorites list.

Wow! Harmony_bites recommended this some time ago on crack broom, and I think she said that this was the best post-DH SS/HG fic out there. I have to agree! What a great read! Thank you for all of the adventure, great character development, and of course, for the romance. ;-D

Wow, very high praise and completely undeserved, but thank you nonetheless! I'm very glad that you enjoyed it.

Wow! I just read this in one go (therefore, no reviews on previous chapters) and I am amazed. It's good to see both Severus and Draco "reformed" - and I love happy endings, too...

Yeah, I'm a big sucker for happy endings. :) Glad you liked it!

brilliant, original, classic!
A wonderful read. I enjoyed your story very much. I loved your characterisation of the younger Severus, and your Hermione is great too. The pacing of your story is very nice and the ending feels just right to me!
Hmm, I actually like Draco as an intermediate step for Hermione between Ron and Severus. Great chatper!
The slow build between them is absolutely maddening, but I love it!
Wow! The last chapter was everything it needed to be. It was hot and sweet and just right. Your pacing of the whole story was amazing: the drawing out of the tension and finally revealing exactly what Snape was planning. The story felt very organic, not contrived at all (except for the Starglass disappearing), and breathtaking. Your tweaking of the timelines was very original. Absolutely brilliant!
Looks like that's all I have time for today. I've liked these chapters very much so far. I like Lucius trying to help "Sev." Hermione's solution to room and board is hilarious! I'm so glad you've given us Severus' POV in this chapter!
yay, indeed! i love happy endings and i don't necessarily need the kids and all that. thanks so much for this joyful story.
Response from rhiannonofthemoon (Author of For All Intents and Purposes)
Well, good. Personally, I like open endings - it leaves so much to the imagination and a place to pick up again should I have the inclination. Thanks for reading!
Oh *very* nice.It is interesting that both Severus and Hermione ultimately ended up attempting to use the Starglass to snatch a loved one from death, and that Hermione almost by accident actually managed to do it. In the only way that was truly possible within her own timeline. And that she has also, almost completely by accident, already managed to prepare for her own impending departure from wizarding Britain.She was attacked by a werewolf. In Australia. She met someone. In Australia. She may choose to stay with him. In Australia. That the mysterious "he" he should turn out to be a Healer, is hardly going to be startling news to her current friends. SHe had to have seen a Healer over the werewolf attack. That her mysterious Healer should turn out to greatly resemble the late Headmaster Snape will probably be regarded as a very fine joke by her friends, who will have little squeemishness over *that* (especially considering that the alternative is Malfoy). Much teasing ensues, but no real suspicion -- except from Malfoy, and they may take him into their confidence. Much as Hermione has done with Luna.Developments in that quarter?
Response from rhiannonofthemoon (Author of For All Intents and Purposes)
Thank you! Not so much development in that area, though what you mention is entirely plausible. I could see it in a sequel, but I don't plan to write one.
