I've really been fretting about Hermione getting pregnant. Thank Merlin she isn't. She was totally Xena with the Incubus.  
TMI WARNING: When young and nubile the first year of marriage, the monthly menses didn't impede my marital activities. It's all messy down there anyway. I'd hoped the endorphins would help with extremely painful cramps. I was 5 cm dilated before my labor became more painful than my periods were. I doubt Severus would be bothered either.  It's a good thing I didn't mind because by the second year I was lucky to get lucky 3 times a year. By 20 years it was over for good unless there is a miracle someday. Depression can totally destroy a man's libido. I had a baby after we were married for 2 years.  My husband got postpartum depression and has never recovered and that kid is 34 yrs old.  The pressure was overwhelming for him.  I think more men have depression from the responsibilities of parenthood than they will admit.  

I can't remember if Severus asked her the night of the dance, but is Hermione using any contraceptives? 

As a side thought, I would think that in the Wizarding world a Wizard who didn't wish to create an heir would know a spell that would make sure he couldn't make a witch pregnant. With the wonders of magic and all it shouldn't all be on the woman/Witch to take responsibility for making sure they don't have a baby unless they want one.  I don't think Hermione and Severus need a kid just yet. Baby's sound way better on paper than in real life. Personally, I find them to be quite over rated. 

Will it be necessary for Hermione to get pregnant to get the Sucubus and Incubus to leave them alone? I hope not.  They have so much to still learn about each other yet and Severus is probably a little bit high maintantence. A baby would add stress to the new situation for these two inexperienced in the art of relationships.

 There are still too many chapters. I think you're a tease!  No way will you give us what we want yet.  I hope I'm wrong though.  On to the next chapter. 

Sev didn't seem too soft at all. He seemed out of his element and acting on impulse which isn't his normal MO. He's never been in a situation remotely simular to this and his possesive nature is leading him right now. He's probably horrified now that he's done it. I hope Hermione felt honored by Draco's comment. Those hens can't help but make fun of him but I wish they wouldn't. I have a soft spot for this confused Severus. However, they are surely getting him back for all the times he was rude or nasty to them. He does deserve it in a way. At least from their side of things. 

I have a feeling she'll need that floo powder before the holidays are over.  I guess she hasn't told Ginny about needing to wake her up from the Incubus. She may as well just come clean to Molly and Arthor. They are steady individuals and will understand. They may even be able to help take turns waking her up between Ginny and Molly. Just in case, it's good to have a back up. Somehow I think Severus might be the one who needs to floo to Hermione. I don't know why. This is wonderful!  It's so great and I really need to make myself stop and go to bed now.  Damn! Work has been overwhelming. Babies are comming out of the cracks and the seams. Crying mothers are everywhere I turn. I pray I can help give them some comfort and help tomorrow. I've been seeing 10 plus broken breastfeeding babies and moms a day then staying another 3 charting after my shift has ended. I can't let anyone leave until the mom has stopped crying and feels like they have a plan that will get them through the night. Breastfeeding is about a lot more than just milk.  Poor things. I can't wait to get back to the story tomorrow. 

Poor Severus. He's a gonner and doesn't even know it yet. He's falling for her fast. Good old Harry will help Hermione for now.  That Ron is a piece of work! What a git! Now that Hermione's starting to become newly sexually aware her curiosity will start to overwhelm her fear and it looks like the demon is going to try the gentle approach. I wonder how long before Severus and Hermione just come to the point where they decide it's better to just have a roll even if it's just the one time and then take things slow until their feelings can grow? Or, maybe they'll fall in love soon. It could happen! 

It's a double attack! They each have one. I wonder how unusual that would be. Well. We know what has to be done.  It's an aweful thing for the two of them but what are you gonna do? Right? I will try to enjoy it even though I know they will have to be convinced to do the deed.  

Definately worth the read... Did you ever write the next part of the story ? I'm interested!!!

You know, at one point I wondered where you were going with all the complications. But, I must admit - this has been really creative!

LOL you SCARED me with that bit of lemon! I was sure that somehow the Succubus had returned...then I got worried it was Bella in disguise via Polyjuice!
