LOL- a real cliffy this time...pun intended.Seriously- is this death fic?  I have never felt that way.  I have always been rather aware, even when drunk.  No hallucinations, no altered realities.  There are times I wished life wasn't real, but not the same as a delusion.Fic wise- I think it's Snape.  The question is does he save her?

What an intriguing start! I love how you started in the present and had three clearly deliniated flashbacks woven in to help reveal what had happened and what the current state is.
