I'm glad Harry and Draco worked out their differences. LOL, poor Ron, I'm sure he'll get used to it though.Thanks for posting another chapter. I can't wait to read more about what's going on with Severus and Hermione.

I'm glad they did too. There was way too much tension going on there. And what can I say about Ron. He's Harry's best friend so I'm sure once he gets over the shock of it all he'll be very understanding. I'm working on the next chapter now. There will be much more about Severus and Hermione then. Hope to have it up soon.
I've never heard of the Incredible Mr. Limpet, although I know who Don Knotts is. I think it's an interesting idea for a movie -- very unique. I wonder if the Little Mermaid creators knew of the movie? I want to hear the Thrum sound extremely badly now. Anyway, poor Severus! He's become fond of the little merbaby. I wonder if they'll ever see the baby again? Oooh, and I can't wait to read the reception the mermaids give Severus and Hermione. I'm so glad you've updated, and I'm a bit upset that it took me so long to get around to reading this amazing chapter. You're doing a great job, and I'm very impatient for more. Oh, The Incredible Mr. Limpet is great! I hope if you get a chance you'll rent it. It's very cute and fluffy. And the animation/live action very well done for the time. The thrum sound is actually pretty cool.Yes, Severus really does care for the merbaby. He's gotten very attached to her.I'm so glad you are enjoying the story. Yay on the negative biopsy!! And thanks for that lovely scene with the pearl and Coral; it's going to be so sad when they have to leave her behind, especially for Severus. Does Coral even have any family left? Nice to see Philippe's family. And yes, Mr Limpet was a great movie!

Thank you! Whew! No one was happier about that negative test than me. I really hope I don't have to go through that ever again! I'm glad you liked the scene with Severus and Coral. It is going to be hard for him to say goodbye. Yes, Coral still has a family and they've been very worried about her. We'll see more of them soon. I thought Philippe's family was cute! And, I love Mr. Limpet!!! We have it on dvd now and my kids love it too.
A good AU story isn't always easy to write, yet you've made it. Thanks to share it with us.

It is a delightful movie! I saw it when I was a little girl and was just entranced. I'm glad to hear so many other people have seen it too.
I"m so happy to see that this is up. I really like how their relationship is progressing. And I'm enjoying Phillipe too.
The scene where Severus gave Coral the pearl was very sad. You can see he so badly wants some love in his life.

Thank you!I think this experience is giving Severus a chance to think about what things could be, and he's afraid he'll never get it. Plus he is really rather fond of Coral.I'm glad you like Philippe too. I thought he was cute.

I'm so glad you liked it!I think Snape can be very sensitive. We mostly see him through Harry's eyes in the books. I think there are many aspects of his character that we haven't seen yet. I hope to have more soon!
I'm enjoying this story so far. I love the thought of Severus with a baby! The ending to this chapter was perhaps my favorite, despite the cliffy. It's a really sweet idea to have Severus participating a discussion with a baby - and the baby responding!Anyway, I'm dying to know what happens next. Will the grindilows get the baby? I'm dying to know what happens next. Please update again soon!

Oh, the suspense... who? what? all that good stuff! LOL. This was a good chapter. I really like Severus here, and the imagery is so great that I can see it all in my head perfectly. The differences shown between the fish/grindylow and the relationships with their masters is great.
