Reviews for Soothing Hands
Great story, very entertaining with lots of ideas. I wonder what happened to Lucius? Do they have to look over their shoulders from now on? Loved this, a good mixture of adventure and romance. Thanks very much.
I'm glad I came here. I had a few chapters to catch up on! Lvely romantic story.

Thanks, Droxy. I worked hard to finish it up before HBP came out. It's a good thing, too, or I would have lost the momentum.
Beautiful, again. One of those happy-sad things, I guess. This was a lovely romantic tale, Saint. *sniff*

Can you believe I wrote something romantic, for a change?? Whew!! Thanks, GG. ;)
I'm so glad you finished this story. I had begun reading it somewhere else, and loved it. It was full of drama, and yet Severus and Hermione were incredibly romantic. Thanks for sharing it, and especially thanks for the happy ending. I think the story deserved it, and like you, I needed it.
I think I began to read this story on the other site. I took the time to finish it tonight as I knew it was a complete story.
Your fic is wonderful. I love it. This last chapter was very cute and sweet. I hardly believe it was before HBP (er - you said on you LJ you knew the plot) but I still hope you will write other stories with the new HBP !
I can't wait to read more of stories.

Hi there. ;) I am 2/3 of the way through HBP at the moment. I think it is funny how some things sort of fit...odd, isn't it? Thanks for reviewing. I could have lengthened the whole thing and drawn it out and made Severus's road to recovery more difficult, and I even thought of keeping him forever at St. Mungo's on the fourth floor with Hermione forever at his side; but it's nicer this way, I think. (More concise, anyway.)
very well done...I enjoyed reading it...
OMG!!!!! I had started reading this before somewhere else, but I never got to finish it. It never even occurred to me that YOU wrote it! I love this story. It made me laugh... it made me cry! A beautiful story... truly!

Haha! You never got to finish it because I finally wrote the last two chapters and posted them on the 15 of July. I had a major block. I knew what I wanted to do but it needed to rest for a while. I guess the release of HBP was the kick in the butt that I needed. ;)
I too hoped for a Happy ending to this story. Even though you struggled with the writing of these last two chapters, I thought they were well thought out and very well written. Watching love and acceptance heal Severus' soul and give strength to Hermione was beautiful to behold. Your talent brought the story to life and I enjoyed every chapter. From the very beginning you allowed the reader to experience the sadness, pain, joy, passion, fun and soul deep love of these characters. That takes talent and you have it in spades. I look forward to reading many more of your stories in the future.
What a wonderful chapter. The love between Severus and Hermione is the only thing truly getting them though the ordeals that they must face. Hermione's love is saving the soul Severus thought he lost so long ago. Their lovemaking was so poignant and full of meaning! I've said this from the beginning, your on talented writer whose done an incredibly beautiful job writing this fic! I can't wait to read what comes next.
yikes! poor severus. i just remembered what he has in store... blah! lol... i'm gonna read the next couple of chapters when i get back from the store. I'm glad that he's being so open with her. :)
i love the bantering with harry/severus... hhehehe... i think we all have some little embarrassing thing that happened to us before (peeps hearing and such). It always mortifies me t hinking on it.. teehee
Hot, hot, hot and well written.
Nice chapter!
This chapter started in a sensual way and finished in such an erotic encounter. Well done!
i had forgotten how much i hated penelope...the bitch... lol
Oh my, I need a cold shower. What more is there to say other than, more soon please.

Glad you liked it. That was a very difficult chapter to proof; had to do it several times. (I know: darn!)
ahhh lovely as always... muahahhaaha (lemons esepecially i might add)
I loved it through and through...though I wonder why Severus continued teaching his classes at Hogwarts when he was discovered to be a spy for Dumbledore. It doesn't seem safe. I mean, he made it out alive and he was never going back, but wouldn't Voldemort have one of his lackeys hunt him down to make sure he was dead? Just a niggle in my brain. Very well written as always!
Poor Severus! I bet he wishes he was a terrible spy so he wouldn't have been subjected to that.
I thought for a minute we were going to see some girl on girl action! lol I'm almost disappointed he stopped with feeling his boobs...that sounds weird...
I am so happy you finished this before HBP. However, after all these years, HBP and DH hardly matter. It was quite depressing for a long time. It took years to get over the trauma, but now TPP has made this universe as we want it to be. It's just like magic! Thank you for saving us all from the darkness, notsosaintly! See you next time I visit, for I will read this again.
Nobody wants to see their sister making out and french kissing with some guy who he isn't even especially fond of. I don't think he's being irrational. I think they are enjoying making him uncomfortable. He probably wouldn't want to see Arthur and Molly Weasly swapping spit either. I do think they should fill him in if they actually have a plan, how they expect things to go down. Severus is doing what he would have wanted to do before he died. Now Harry needs to tie up his loose ends in case he doesn't survive. I'm hoping Hermione is going to tell us how she will remove the dark mark and when, later. Nice naughty scene in there too!
Very romantic scene! But poor Harry! I hope no one else is there. I guess if they were they would have been at dinner. I hope Harry finished his dinner before this. I doubt he'll be willing to venture back into the kitchen tonight, not to mention his appetite is most likely gone. Listening to other people have wild monkey sex is either arousing or revoltingly uncomfortable. I don't think there is an in between response. If the people having sex are not people you would think about in a sexual way, revolting would be the proper response. So I wonder, did Harry plug his ears and make hmmmming noises in order to avoid having to listen, or did he remember he is a wizard and do something so he wouldn't have to listen? I would have set off Mrs. Black with her screaming on my way to the opposite end of the house. I hope Hermione lets him know she completely scorgified the table or he might not want to have his food on it ever again. It's one thing to have sex on someone else's table if they don't know about it, but it's another matter to do it after they had already said, "Hey, we eat here!" Where's the Bleach, huh? Friends or not, I would get them back at them for that some way. I'd bribe a couple of tenacious boggarts to appear as Albus and Filch having a go at it in Hermione's and Severus' bed or something.
Wow!
Interesting that Albus isn't worried about "propriety" with regard to the Potion's Professor having a woman staying in his rooms with him. I do hope Miss Clearwater isn't in any kind of a physical relationship with Voldemort or any of the other death eaters. Is she still a student? I don't remember her being younger than Harry and Hermione, but she must have been. Will Severus observe her for a while to make sure he is credible when he impersonates her? I know I've read this several times before but the only part I remember is there is some important clue regarding the mirror in Miss Clearwater's rooms and that's it. I am plagued with a horrible memory that I sometimes make fun of because I do enjoy stories over and over again, but it is damned problematic when it comes to working and everyday life.
