It's funny how shocked and outraged Hermione feels, even losing sleep, only to find that Severus is lukewarm about the whole situation.  And Lance.  Adorable, observant, matter-of-fact Lance.  I still really want him for my very own.

So the plot thickens.  They realize they have feeligs for each other but will they admit it to each other.   Another great chapter.

Hmmmm... so pretty much everyone EXCEPT Hermione and Severus saw it... interesting. I'm pretty heartbroken for Neville and Hannah, and am wondering if Luna will come home. Would it be too much to ask for Hannah and Theo to run into each other and find a kindred spirit in each other? :)

:) I can just imagine how prickly Severus would be towards someone forcing him to accept her as his own personal Agony Aunt. LOL Nicely done!

Oh, my goodness!  What a chapter!!! 

Poor Sybill, still stuck in a rut but that prediction she made about a wedding for Severus -- tricky, very tricky.  Maybe it will come to pass.  It's probably a good thing that Minerva didn't hear that little gem or her hat would have popped off, lol!

It doesn't surprise me that Hermione is just catching on to what everyone else has blatently seen.  She's just not that kind of girl.  The problem will be when Severus realizes it, and then realizes that it's not the debt or the business or anything else but desire that is awakening in him as well.  Standing that close to her, did he feel the stirrings of something romantic or was he too exhausted to sense much of anything?  I'm looking forward to the next chappie and that future dance.  :D

Now Hermione knows where she stands, alone. theo is trying to run away from his father's sins , he is a Nott nothing will change that, but he can make his own good name if he wants. Alcohol & drugs don't help, when he wakes up he will still be Theo Nott { with a hangover }. It may be hard to earn respect in the wizarding world, but it can be done, however he will never do it by deserting his wife, who is a member of " The Golden Trio " no less . 

Oh my goodness!  I didn't have any hope for a real marriage between the two of them, but being abandoned (by note, no less!) had to hurt something awful.  Excellent chapter!!!Wonder what is up with Theo's mom?  New notch? or toy maybe?  Hmmm... 

Well, it's good that the marriage is over.  Now to see what complications there will be with the vow and rings.  Will Theo need to be present?  I obviously need more chapters to find out....

How bittersweet.  And I really like Lance.  Hope we see more of him.

I think Hermione needs a  certain 'hero'

This story is stressing me out because I know she's doing the wrong thing. <bites nails> I'll just have to depend on you to make everything work out.  Was there at some time a fan pic of Hermione in her dress?  I remember seeing something on Deviant Art of Hermione looking in the mirror in her wedding dress and Snape looking on.  The dress was backless.  It was a long time ago tho'.

Oh my. Yes. Trouble in paradise, indeed. I like how Severus admitted that he didn't mind her company, and that he recogised her Potions skills, but also recognised that they would not be compatible colleagues for long hours in the lab.

Hermione was warned, But it is so sad to see this happen to her. I love Moe, she is a good ludge of character.

The absolutely last thing Hermione needs is a baby!!!!! They are entirely overrated and can detrimental to the best of relationships. Sleep depravation isn't conducive to intimacy. I would say my experience is that they are positively disastrous in their effect on bad relationships. They are also not suitable replacements for fellowship with one's mate. Eventually they must move on. As soon as I held my baby I knew my mother loved me more than I had loved her, to that point. Hermione doesn't have time for a baby either. I'm sorry Theo has low life friends, and apparently he has friends all over the world and Hermione doesn't. She could write a book while she traveled. That would have given her some purpose. I'm sure that my husband and I wouldn't want to see all the same sights. I would expect to have to compromise. I'm sure some of the sights she saw with Theo they must have both liked. Is she surprised that some of the pure blood wizards would be racist? It's sad, but to be expected. However, she doesn't have to like it, doe she. She should have married Uncle Lance!!! LOL. Now, Moe is an uppity little elf. Hermione would do well to get on the good side of that little person. She would be a useful champion if Hermione needed support dealing with Theo. I'm sure she would find a way to get undesirable visitors to leave sooner rather than later if she felt loyalty to Hermione. She would also be a good source of information regarding the goings on in the family. I would work on grooming that relationship. Is Hermione Slytherin enough to think of that? Now about the noise from downstairs when she wanted to sleep. Isn't she a witch? But I realize we needed a chance for her to talk to Uncle Lance alone. I'm sorry for her desire to not have to pretend. It's much easier for some people than others. I am absolutely terrible at it. I can't keep anything hidden even though I thoroughly understand the benefits of such a skill. God knows I need to take a class or something. It would help me out so much to be able to keep my emotions and opinions to myself. It's one of my worst faults and makes me my own worst enemy at times. I couldn't lie to save my life! And like Hermione, I am very opinionated.  I have so many soap boxes I should give myself a lobotomy. I understand the crusader part of Hermione. However, I do think she and Severus are underestimating their compatibility now that Hermione is more mature. I think that as long as she wasn't chatty he would be someone who would stimulate her mind and meet her need to work extra hard at everything. She would enjoy the atmosphere of striving for excellence. She would never be able to work for someone who wasn't more than she is. I don't mean that in an insulting way. She would need someone with more experience or she would be agonizing over every decision the person made that she felt she could do better. That's what she needs in a husband too. Women love men they respect. They despise men they can't respect. Men love the women who respect them. I think a man truly in love, falls harder than a woman. Women need to be loved to be happy and men need to be respected.  Hermione doesn't respect Theo. She does respect Severus Snape. He will never fall in love with Cordilia. She doesn't respect him enough. Last, I can't really see Ron married to a muggle. I don't know why but I just can't. If I was a muggle married to a wizard I would be miserable. I would feel like a squib and be pining to be magical. I would be so jealous. Please keep the wonderful chapters coming!
