Thank you - a lot of people have said that! From the beginning, stgulik wanted a Pansy that had a personality, and was gutsy, sexy and smart. I thought of how Kate Blanchett had looked in the last Indiana Jones film (real Louise Brooks haircut, tough as nails, etc), and Pansy was born!

Ron's death was probably the hardest thing I've ever written, but at least I know that readers understood the whys of it. I am always afraid that the death of a major character might be seen as gratuitous - to pump up the drama of a story. I'm glad this was seen for what it was. And I'm sorry I made you cry so much.

I will admit that writing a suicide made me feel very sad for several days. It's hard to get into the head of someone who feels that they have no other choice.

I'm glad you liked it - I found it so hard to write - I don't like them fighting ;) I'd much rather having them fight together on a common cause - I'm not an angsty person by nature, and writing them at odds is always hard for me.
