Age 59, I have been a Severus and Alan Rickman fan for a couple years. I post SS/HG stories.
I went to NY last week to see Seminar (Jan 4, 20012) It was wonderful.
Shades of Severus in his character and his house. I was priviledge to see Alan up close an personal after the play.

Another wonderful chapter. I am so glad that things are working out for them. And that Minerva isn't too upset. Of course Herminone will worry until they talk to her, but it will all work out in the end.As far as Hermione being so tired, she hasn't slept much lately, and I hope she gets caught up on her sleep as well as he does. They both need to recover from the action.GW

Oh, dear God, that's so good! I am so glad I caught up!! Please Lord, let this be easy to find him! Not that it's going to be easy to get him out, but our Hermione is resourceful and I know she's just itching for a good fight in a chance to defend Severus!

But your right Hermione would do anything to get him out.I jst made the beta's corrections tonight and the TPP beta should be looking at the chpater in a day or two. So hope fully mid week there should be a new chapter up.

Oh please Poppy, be right!!!! I can totally understand where Poppy is coming from when she reminds Hermione that Severus might be different when he wakes up. That much is true. But Hermione can't help but fall in love with him. If she can just find him!

Never mind that he was insensed by the kiss, the real question is: did he like it? Oh, honey, I'm so sorry I haven't kept up with the story! I moved into a new house last month, and about the only time I get online is to buy something for the house! The story's grown so wonderfully - so now I'm off! Time to catch up with the rest! Ta!

brilliant! I just wish Severus could be found more quickly! But the journey is very enjoyable so I wouldn't want you to change a thing.

I'm glad she has found him but I am a bit anxious about getting him out. I would suggest apparating in at night, reviving him with the potions to the extend that he can travel and either apparate or portkey out with him. I only hope she can keep her head cool now she is so close to actually meeting him. And I am still wondering if she will try to rescue the other people there that are also kept comatose. The fact that Ireland is a separate country does complate that a lot I guess.

Ireland? Why would the London police have files from Ireland? Unless the hospital is located in Northern Ireland, the rest of the country (Ireland, itself) is an entirely separate nation. ^_^

I don't know I'm making it all up as I go along. LOL I just figured in his injured state he'd Apparate wildly, that's where he ended up or port keyed away so he was in a place no one would look. He'd had no plans to be as Incapacitanced as he found himself in. Thanks for the review.

So, they are stuck waiting and I am stuck waiting. I can feel their frustration.I find it hard to believe that Severus won't kiss her because of her face. Doesn't he close his eyes when he kisses? His excuse sounds hollow to me as if the real reason is something else.I wonder how he got moved so far away to Ireland. That would have required someone else to be involved in moving him. It makes me wonder if Minerva is involved -- too guilty to kill him but too hateful to let him live. Perhaps it will turn out to be a good thing that Hermione kept her quest a secret.I also wonder why England woud have missing persons info from another country. Ireland is a sovereign nation not an English province.Great story. I am looking forward to her finally getting to his body.

I don;t know if he does or not but I guess seeing his "daughter" made him think twice about kissing her. I just assumed in his near death delierious state Apparition took him off in a crazy direction and that where he landed. Your idea is intreguing (sp?) but toobad I didn't think of such a wonderful idea.Being an american I have no idea who would have missing persons records. I just make up a lot of these stories as I go along. I hope it doesn't turn you off of reading.Thank you for all your thoughts and ideas. Theya re much appreciated.

At last she found him. I love their inter action with each other, I am glad they can speak freely and as friends for now. I hope their is not to much trouble to get Severous out of that horried place, but you never know what will happen. Update soon please.

This is great! The backstory of Poppy & Pomona is great and I love the tidbits (so far) about Minerva and Septima. Makes the story so rounded and whole.

I enjoy the premise of this story very much. How I wish chapters could get through the queue faster.... I'm a little concerned that you state Hermione conceals her wand in her sleeve when visiting the first hospital in Chap 5 "in case she had to use the Imperius curse." What??!! You would have Hermione use an Unforgivable? If caught, she would end up in Azkaban! Did you seriously mean to say that she would consider doing that?FYI, in Britain doctors go by the title "Mister" not "Doctor." Yeah, it's weird. If I recall, it may only be surgeons who are called doctor, but I'm not sure about that. I just know that I've seen several British shows on BBC America where the doctors are always called Mister.

I guess I would have forgotten it was an Unforgivable anyways. Chalk it up to an error even the TPP ladies didn't think was too out on the left.Thank you for the information about Doctor vs. Mister. I guess my Brit picker doesn't know that for it slipped by her. I am an American writer so I wouldn't know that. She is not from Brittian but a country that uses a lot of Brittish English. I hope you can over look it's flaws and enjoy the story to come.

If he's being warehoused and cared for by Squibs, then it's possible the Ministry *does* know he's alive, and Hermione won't find him in any Muggle ward. ^_^
