Uh oh!  Poor Hermione her hair always gets her in trouble.  Lovely chapter.  I enjoy how they are both very caught up in the events of the previous day/night.  I'm very much looking forward to the next chapter.  Thank you for sharing.

I'm puzzled.  Are you going for a romantic comedy-type of feel?  It's kind of  let down.  IMO Hermione is OOC by up and leaving. 

I'm amazed by the level of confidence Hermione has with her mother. I would and could never describe some details to her.

AAAAAARGH! It can't stop THERE! I've been captivated! Completely caught up in it all! (And yay for sensible-about-precautions Hermione, although she really should have thought about Other Things too - but I shall overlook that small matter :0) Am loving it, the writing, the characters, the lovely liberal attitude of her mum (sort of like mine). And the byplay with Blaise, and the complete STUPID of the boys. More, please.

I don't normally leave reviews and lurk in the shadows, but I must say (and you've probably heard this a billion times), that I'm really loving this story, so much that your updates make my week and I've been trying to find advance chapters of it elsewhere, haha.  Waiting with anticipation for the next chapter. Can't wait for the reveal when Severus figures out it's Hermione!

You know, it would make my life a lot easier if you had a lame, deadbeat sort of job.  There are enough of us dying for chapters that you could quit and live off the monthly bribes donations we sent your way.  As it stands, I'll just have to sit here and whine about the wait time.  Stick with what you're good at, I say.What a mess!  At least Snape isn't all down on himself, but actually believes that she was passionate about him.  But interesting that he doesn't think of current students.  Yes, he probably thinks they all hate him, but she did say she was in school.  Of course she lied about being a witch, so maybe he doesn't believe anything she says.  Or maybe he just isn't thinking straight.I love the list she makes.  Just can't seem to get a workable number five, can she?Good thing Hermione was able to find an elf who was hired after the SPEW fiasco.  Any elf willing to face the wrath of Professor Snape is one brave soul.I didn't ever suspect a hair to be the giveaway.  I assume that he is planning to use polyjuice, but does the glamour come off the hair once it is detached?  Wouldn't it be funny if he had someone drink it and was ready for the big reveal, only to have them look like Grace?  Ooooh, even better, Hermione gets detention and he decides that it's as good time as any to have a test subject for polyjuice.  Then he spends the rest of the day angry and frustrated because he wasted the hair in what he thinks was a botched batch of polyjuice since it didn't change her appearance.  Ok, sorry for trying to run away with your story again.He usually explodes when he finds out these sorts of things, but I'm wondering if your Snape isn't going to be more introspective once he discovers her identity, pondering why she would want to be with him.  Or maybe not.  I would know if you would just post the next chapter :)

I was alternately terrified to read this chapter and bouncing up and down in anticipation to read this chapter!  I loved reading the simultaneous scrambles to protect/discover Grace's secret identity--two minds working in the same directions, at much the same speed.  The smell of butterbeer tells me Hermione's house elf co-conspirator is Winky!  And that would also work to keep Severus from thinking of  her, because everyone knows all about Hermione's ill-fated SPEW campaign, right?Severus may have found a hair, but as obsessed with hands as he is I think it's more likely he'll recognize Hermione that way.  And there's still that tattoo...hmm... 

Oh, somebody is in trouble. I mean, he's going to find out next chap. right? But a not that evil cliffy... maybe, I getting used to it, but I'm going to pretend I can wait patiently this time around. (Just don't remind me at the end of the week, I am only human.)

OH, I'm checking constantly for updates on this fic! I'm just loving every minute of it. I really like the idea of Severus not being the Sexgod!Snape, and his solid conviction that no one NOW would want him. And yes, I did feel like cuddling him when he marveled at hearing a woman call his name in the throes of passion. You've made him vulnerable and funny and real. I look forward to each new chapter with excitement. What a lovely gift!

Wonderful, perfect! Love both of their reactions and respective dilemmas: Hermione's covering her tracks and Severus' detective work and his *frustration* on all levels - hehe! Also, love Severus being a little 'protective' of the Gryffindor know-it-all regarding his own Slytherin Zabini - how he notes Zabini's intent watching of her, and how it's getting under his skin...Oh, must be good & very patient until you have mercy on us readers and gift us with your next chapter! *flower bribe* please, hurry!

Busted!If he doesn't know who that hair belongs to yet, all he needs is some polyjuice and a 'test subject...She had better come clean quick!

Great story so far, I'm really enjoying it (even though I'm often not commenting, since I'm reading it mostly offline and several chapters in a row). Hermione really is a coward here, quite unusual *g*. And that hair, oh my... *gg*

Author's Response: Mind you, he didn't confess to being a wizard before he slept with a girl he thought was a Muggle, so he's just as bad!  They did try though, but were sidetracked. ;)

Ha ha! Love that even Snape's brain turns to mush in a post orgasmic haze! Lol! I bet muggle morning after pills dont work on witches and wizards. What a fine pickle THAT would be! Can't believe he found her hair. Let me guess...there's a potion that will reveal her face in a haze of steam when the hair is dropped in it. Oh, oh! OR...a potion that he puts the hair in and, when he drinks it, it lets him see what glamour the person last put on. That way, when he's eating in the great hall, he can look around and realise who it is and then choke on his own tongue! LMAO! I cannot wait for the next chapter. Seriously. I. CANNOT. WAIT. Gxx

She is so meticulous, yet she fails to take care of a tiny, single hair. So, now that he is not in a post orgasmic haze, how before he connects Grace with Hermione? I'd say less than a few minutes.
