Reviews for The Symposium
Oh Severus is a sly one - he played her like a fiddle to get what he wanted out of Umber! At least she accepted his reason for manipulating the situation.
Well done PJ, I enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next between Professors Snape and Granger. Perhaps Professor Granger should give a talk and liven things up. Better yet, Professor Snape could talk about just anything in that drop dead, gorgeous voice of his.
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
I concur. :) Professor Snape should speak... and the fangirls can all listen with glee. :)
An apt commentary on symposia in general. I laughed throughout. This is the real Severus, wittily venomous, the real Hermione, a tad diffident and deferential, but thoroughly confident of her abilities. Looking forward to more.
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
I am giddy at your description of my Severus and Hermione. Absolutely giddy. Thank you so very much.

An interesting verbal cat and mouse game over dinner. I wonder if all the interactions will be over meals. I am looking forward to the next chapter.
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
Thank you very much. I suspect there will be some non-meal interaction.Don't forget to vote at: http://community.livejournal.com/potterplace/134713.html~PJ
Can someone put Professor Snape in a forest green cloak somewhere where I can run into him? I'll even buy dessert.
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
Done. Check outside your door at 3 PM. ~PJ
That's a very promising beginning. I like your description of the people at the conference :D
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it! Hopefully, Hermione will get to have fun with the people who were smart enough to avoid the social. ~PJ
Two Percy references in one chapter - are you deliberately misleading your readers? Is this story going to ship Percy with ...LOLI'm curious how they will make it through the symposium without being bored to death.
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
Oh, I suspect they'll find a way to amuse themselves. :) What? I didn't mean THAT way. ~PJ
Your descriptions have me laughing out loud. You really pack a lot of sarcasm, screamingly funny observation, and even some character development, into the chapter.

Ok, I'm apparently computer impaired. Do you have to have a live journal account to vote? If no, where the heck do you go?
Response from Neptune (Author of The Symposium)
You do need to sign up for an LJ account, but they're free! And there's all sorts of fun people hanging around on LJ. And a weekly SS/HG story quiz! And! And! And!:)
Response from HBAR (Reviewer)
Thanks for the info. I'll do that now.

LOL a conference! Oh that is an odd sort of meeting place. lol I like that they shared a table and that she's using his articles for references for her projects. I suspect he'll want to know more about that. Hope day two is more exciting than dull speakers... maby sightseeing?
