Loved Severus's use of the hood charm--the only person not to be a complete dunce about being seen and identified, lol.  And Hermione wiggling while thinking about weeing was hilarious.

Oh, and the use of the fear of the 13 was perfect.  I can just imagine Voldie punishing all his Death Eaters if it ever came up.  :D

Came across a typo and a small grammar thing:

^ There should be an "I" between the "would" and "have".

The hooded man bent slightly to reach down and pull her up, her mouth agape in surprise.
^ The way the sentence is constructed, doesn't "her mouth agape in surprise" refer to "the hooded man"?

I am glad that Hermione is using her brain, finally, and considering the likelihood of Severus really being on their side.  There are some things it's much better to keep from the boys until you can overwhelm them with the evidence.

Looking forward to seeing how the fic concludes.  ^_^

The chapter was nicely written, though I do have to doubt that Hermione would so easily trust Snape.  I mean, you're going right along with canon for the majority of the story, and though Hermione was the most understanding of the Trio, they still all believed him to be a murderer at this point...
