I think that this story is a wonderful idea - cookies for whomever made you dust it off. I know quite a few SS/HG shippers that started out as DM/HG shippers (me, for one). It's because we know that Hermione is way too intelligent to end up with Ron. He's cute and sweet, but temporary. This is a fabulous fic - I can't wait for the next chapter.

Of course not! He's Malfoy after all - Famous last words. They are both falling, but I'm afraid they will be trying to fight those feelings hard. Hopefully not though. Unfortunately poor Hermione will have Harry's words in her mind anytime she even thinks about doing anything with Draco.
I thought that part about Snape was cute. You know, they are always older and dark and broody in those damned romance novels so technically Snape is perfect. Except for the being a mean bastard part.

Yay! Lucius and me in the same thought. *drools* I have to say, I love reading him both ways, but I especially like seeing him portrayed as a romantic lead type. LOL, I have no illusions, just like with Snape, but hell this is fiction after all. I'm looking forward to seeing what your Lucius is like.
I'm curious who Pansy's "other interest" is. Hey, as long as you're not matching up Hermione with Severus, why not give Severus a love interest (NOT Pansy); it would be an excuse for him to not pay so much attention to what Draco is doing. And is Lucius still a Mudblood-hater at heart? Okay, where's the next chapter!!

lol... I don't touch all that much upon Snape, though Lucius is in a couple of chapters. He feels he's better than anyone not of pureblood, but if someone has a purpose, he is likely to be more accepting. This isn't a very long fic. Pansy's interest will be revealed very soon!
I think this is cute. Only thing that was off was saying that she dated Krum in 3rd yr when they met in 4th. thought you should know :)

thank you! I've fixed that. I've been doing some editing. Before that, I had something like "You didn't know where she was going back in third year, did you? Come to find out, she was over at Hagrid's hut! Didn't know she dated Krum the next year, eh?" But I wanted to cut it down. LOL... see where rushing gets us? I read through it again though and never even noticed. I appreciate you t elling me :)
Lmao--her reaction to the 'tall, dark' romantic-novel hero-archetype, being "Snape", was marvelous! As a dedicated SS/HG 'shipper...you made me giggle with that one! Loved Draco's reply to that, too; why can't he be young and fair, indeed? Hugs, ~Lotm

awesome start. I love reading your work, but have to admit there's a little part of me that still loves what got me reading fanfic in the first place and it's stories like this that makes me realise it's never truly gone (my love of the blonde bad boy) even though I love my HG/SS stories.

Thanks! I feel the same about the bad boys. The first site I found was full of Draco and Ginny stories. I couldn't believe that there was HP fic! hehe! Then, I moved on to Draco and Hermione. After that, I found Ashwinder with the HG/SS. hahaha!

Woo Hoo, a new chapter of Luring and this story all in one day. I think I must be dreaming. I personally like this couple almost as much as I like SS/HG. And you are absolutely right there is something about the bad boy ending up with the good girl. Yum, yum.
I really can imagine Hermione feeling that way about Ron. After watching a guy that I liked flaunt his relationship with another woman in front of me I would not be too keen on giving him another chance. And lets face it what woman would.
I personally think that JKR did it on purpose. She had said that she did not have any intentions of putting any of the characters in a relationship and what better way to shut fans up.

About Ron, what a jerk. I would have been jealous, too, but that gets old after a while, you know? It's like, "Too late, buddy." Hope you continue to enjoy. Cheers!
Now, I have to say, it takes some damn fine writing to get me to not only read a hg/dm story, but like it too. I am more of a dm/gw fan myself, and everyone who knows me know hg/ss is my favorite. I love where he is kissing her and she thinks he is acting. 
But, I have to admit, I am HOOKED! Great job!
