Great chapter.  Just like teenagers, no one wants to take the first step in admitting their feelings but they do seem to be edging closer.  Maybe they'll be toe to toe before they realise it.

When is it that Snape comes in and says that he's loved Hermione from afar all this time?

Okay, seriously, I thought it was a sweet chapter and I was glad that Draco stood up to Lucius. I KNEW that Pansy had the hots for Ron. Hehehe.

Goodness these two.  I swear, would it kill them to just express how they truely feel.  It can take quite a bit of courage to tell someone you have feeling for them before you are sure of their reaction.  But if someone does not take the first step, even if it is doozy, then you will be stuck in neutral.  And let's face it things go much farther, much faster in drive.

I enjoyed this chapter. I love how they both seem to care, but are scared to admit it!

I love that Ron and Pansy will be neatly tied up with one another.  What a clever way to get them out of the way of Hermione and Draco's future happiness.  I do so hope that Hermione can sort out her feelings for Draco and knock some sense into him before he walks away.  Wow...

I guessed that Pansy was interested in Ron. Draco's confession was interesting... it doesn't seem like Hermione heard any of it, though. LOL! Hmmmm, when is the Potions master going to come in and sweep Hermione off her feet?  :-)

Ron and Pansy are a good couple together.  No killing one of them off in this fiction.  And I think that after all of the hard times he has given Hermione over the year a little confusion is what he deserves.  But you are right about Hermione needing to realize her feelings soon, because if she doesn't she is libel to lose him before she ever really had him.  --  B

Ms Southern you are my idol ! This story is so wonderful. I sat down at my desk for the first time all weekend for over 5 minutes and for my update message on this so I had to treat myself to a quick read for now but will be back later to read it again and again. Thank you for writing it.

Hmmm...... is Lavender going to be a problem, since she is currently boyfriend-less?  Can't wait for Lucius to arrive!  (And I've never said that before!)  Hermione is absolutely right to hold off on shagging; no need to muck things up until she and Draco are completely clear on their feelings for each other.  Thanks for updating!
