Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)
Reviews for The Runner
This is a great story to read... a naughty cliffhanger, though! The poor couple. :-p
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Hehe. I like tormenting them! :)
Great cliffie! Now I kinda wish for some hot and heavy, suddenly quick-in-a-broom-closet deflowerment now that they've been interrupted twice...yes?
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
ROFL. I like your style! :)
What the...??? So it still didn't happen, eh? How could you just leave it like that? Now you really have to upadate soon - as always looking forward. LOL
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Won't be too long. :)
Oh my god. Stopping at such a place should just not be allowed!!!!I eagerly look forward to your next chapter!

Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
I like being evil. :)
Who in Merlin's name was that intruder ruining their perfect moment? Evil cliffie.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
You will find out soon! Thanks for reviewing. :)
Most evil cliffie!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My god, talk about the mother of all 'cock blocking'. LOL
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
I'm making them work for it. LOL! :)
Coitus interruptus mustelae? (After frantic search for 'weasel' in Latin dictionary...)Cruel person!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Ooh, I like it! :D
those two just can't catch a break, can they? loved the update, tho. thanks so much
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Thanks, kimjo! :)
Makes me wonder exactly who burst in on them. Poor Sev and Hermione just can't catch a break. Damn.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
The intruder is banging on the outside door. You will find out who it is soon! :)
HOW COULD YOU LEAVE US HANGING LIKE THAT???!!!Cruel and evil vixin that you are...Just kidding. I have a love-hate relationship with cliff-hangers. I love to write them, I hate to read them. I guess it's my karma! My guess is that Ron is on the other end of that last angry sentence.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Payback's a bitch, isn't it Clay? :P
Oh dear god.. lol! Who just walked in on them haha. Loved this chapter. I wonder if it was Harry or Ron maybe? Shall find out soon enough. Very well done.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Someone is banging on the outside door. They weren't quite despereate enough to leave the door unlocked LOL! Although that could have been an interesting idea! :)
That last sentence startled the heck out of me. Then I laughed. Oh, well. Nice cliffie.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
LOL. Thanks for reviewing. :)
omg... and I thought I was good at cliffies! Too many cases of coistus interruptus will turn Hermione into a banshee!!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
You got it in one! :)
Hermione will be the one doing the hexing, I think. And this time, it won't end with just the canaries!Weasley is the king - of rotten timing.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
By the time she is finished with him, he will crave canaries, although they may just make an appearance for old times' sake. :)
EVIL RON = EVIL CLIFFY!!!! >.<Update really sooon!!!!!!!I want to see Snape beat Ronnikins to a pulp! :DWell....maybe not a pulp.....lol
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
LOL. poor Ron! :)
wow, what a way to end a chapter and to tease me....you are no fun.....update soon. Loved the chapter.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Will be posted in a few days. :)
Coitus interruptus- TWICE? Poor dears.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
You would think someone was trying to tell them something! :)
Oh, my gosh, you horrible, horrible tease! Not once, but twice? So, is it Ron, Harry, or both? And will they live to breathe another breath when Hermione is through with them?
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
You will find out! :)
Hasn't Severus heard of warding the doors and placing spells everywhere to avoid interuptions/detections of their presence?! (Come to think of it, if he'd done that earlier, Pansy couldn't have dragged him away either!)I just have to say though, great as this story is, isn't Hermione a little 'forward' and confident for a virgin - especially with someone as powerful, self-assured and, presumably, much more sexually experienced as our dear Potions master to seduce?Just hope the next chapter is up really, really soon though or you'll likely have a riot of us readers on your hands!! :-)(Sorry - had to repeat this review - put it in the wrong place - chapter 1 - initially!!)
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Thanks,
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
! My lovely beta wondered the same but I kept Hermione the way she is because:1. I like a bossy Hermione who knows what she wants.2. As I tried to explain in the first bit, she has been through a war, spending months in a tent half-starving, been tortured, and threatened with death numerous times. A little thing like virginity is hardly scary now. And who said he was that experienced? Mr "I don't let anyone get close to me"3. She is frustrated as hell and just wants to get on with it and worried he may go all noble on her and chicken out if she is too nervous. 4. Having been a GP for 20+ years, I have dealt with many teenage girls. Virginity is no big deal nowadays, they off and have sex the first time with nary a thought. I hope that explains her behaviour! See you next chapter! *hugs* :)
Response from Sevvy (Reviewer)
Oh to be a teenage girl, eh?! (Now I mean; not when you and I were!) Having said that, I'm glad it wasn't like that in my day but, then again, if the likes of one SS had been around I would definitely have had no qualms about 'doing the deed' as it were! Thank you so much for coming back to me with such detail; please don't feel you have to justify yourself to any of us reviewers though; it's your story and a great one at that and you are certainly right in all you explain! Keep up the good work! :-)(BTW: Perhaps you'd just be good enough to remove the first review that I put in the wrong place so that there are no duplicates - many thanks!)
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Duplicate sorted! :)SS around when we were teenagers? I would have been terrified! LOL
And that last little blurb at the end can only be Ron the oblivious.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Ron the Oblivious. I like it! :)
You really are the queen of cruel cliffies!!!! You've done it again! Now, would you please get another chapter out quickly?? Great chapter!
gab
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Yes, Ma'm! :)
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, you can't end it there. So evil, I was enjoying that, probably as much as Hermione!!! Update soon please, sending you chocolate as a bribe - hope it works
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Yum, chocolate! That'll do it! :)
I cannot believe you just did that! What in the world is Ron Weasley (it could only be him) doing interrupting our love birds' first night together. Aaarrrggghhh. Will Snape be able to keep himself from hexing him into next week? I'll bet Hermione will have a few choice words for her classmate, as well.Okay, now we need an update to this deliciously frustrating chapter. 8^)Beth
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Hehe. Thanks, Beth! :)
People don't seem to leave them alone, huh?
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Runner)
Nope. Can't make it too easy! :)
