Last two chapter have been ....... really missing any interaction with Severus and Hermione.  She barely been there.

I love this story and hope we get back to the two of them soon.

Sometimes "tough love" is the best love--and it may very well be his worry over Hermione which finally impels Severus to allow his solicitor to make known the evidence which will get him out of Azkaban, just so he can keep a closer eye on her.  Seems that what he won't do for himself, he'll do on behalf for one he cares about...one might say that's a Hufflepuff sort of trait, but only very quietly and not in an area which would allow Severus to read their lips as they mutter it.Excellent chapter, as always.  The relationship unfolds so naturally, bruises and all, and I eagerly await the next installment to see what happens next!

Usually it's Severus who plays the prat, denying his feelings and being afraid of getting hurt. This time Hermione is the one afraid of being made a fool of. How sad. I hope they work this out - and soon.
