Oh!~ Thanks for the tease chapter! No, it was really horrible seeing what the Ministry had done, even to little kids. Shame on them! I'm interested to see how this will shape Hermione's confrontation with Severus. Hmmm...

Wow! The ministry isn't any better than Voldemort. At least he killed people and put them out of their misery. How horrible.Now I wonder if Hermione will read Snape the riot act to get him off his butt and back out into the real world?I can hardly wait. ;)

I know how that goes, I have chapters int he Queue of a rather long story and its gone take a good year to post it all.
not exactly the dream wedding. love this story even the second time. thanks so much ps i gather giving a pill to a half kneezle is not so different from a regular feline...i still have the scars!

Ha-ha, some 'slice of life' stuff translate well across all cultures, giving pills to cats is definitely one of them. And as for dream wedding, well, it's not exactly a love match either. I wrote the vows imagining how the Ministry, or more to the point, how Percy Weasley might have written them. AV

Poor Mulciber kid. I wish I could read Snape's book now. LOL. Or get it on tape. I imagine Alan Rickman's voice. He read Thomas Hardy's Return of the Native for an audiobook and it's wonderful! LOL.

At last! Somebody else noticed that Severus couldn't have black eyes! I also put that in my story, I thought I was the only one. I even put a note about aniridia from Wikipedia.
Oh...a Severus on a mission. A mission to purge. Have the truth, his truth on parchment. Cathartic. Lovely. I can't wait to see how far in the "pond" that the ripples are felt. I have a feeling that Hermione is going to turn out to be a good yenta match maker. It's really good to see Hermione and Ginny talk. I think this was something that Hermione really needed, since Ginny was the one able to get Hermione to admit she fancies her husband. Now that she admitted to it, I wonder if she's going to act on it. I think Hermione is right about the guard being good for Ginny. They share the same values, which is always a plus.

In the books they're not best friends, but I think given the circumstances it's perfectly reasonable for the two of them to bond. Hermione also has a lot of personal growing to do. Thank you for the lovely review. AV
If Ginny can be so overcome, despite what must be a very strong aversion to letting a book too near her emotions, we can be pretty sure Severus will win over every witch in britain when that is published. Good thing Hermione has him safely married ;^)

Oh, poor Ginny. I know this is supposed to be a Hermione and Snape-centric story, but I do hope that Ginny can have a little happy ending of her own here! Also, if Severus' writing can win over Ginny, imagine what it could do to the public at large when (not if) Hermione gets his story published and distributed. Everything's been plotted and moving along so beautifully, not too slow and not too fast, and I've really been enjoying each and every chapter as they come out. I'm so looking forward to seeing what happens next!

Ginny does deserve happiness. Most MLC fics focus on SSHG, but there are so many witches that would be affected, it's important to show the impact of such a wide-reaching and archaic law. But you're also right, SS and HG together in marital bliss is what we all want. Thanks sweetie! AV
I think it's a good idea that Hermione suggested to Severus that he write a book. Maybe putting his thoughts and feelings onto paper will help assuage the guilt he obviously feels. I'm still curious to see how Severus and Hermione's relationship developes with him in Azkaban. I would think he would leave at some point. Especially if he and Hermione are to consumate the marriage at some point.
