Hi, I am a member of several SS/HG websites and have written my first fan fic, HG/SS of course! I am currently working on a Dark story, which shall be an epic of sorts.

Best story I've read in a long time! I normally only read completed stories and now I know why. I hate the suspence of waiting to see what happens next.Take your time with the next chapter though and make it as good as the rest. It would be nice to have it within say the next half hour? If you really really tried I think you could have the story finished in the next day. A chapter of the same standard and length every half hour for the next few hours should do it ;)Seriously though I love it and can't wait for the next chapter.I feel so bad for Hermione though. I can't wait until she is found. Just making sure this is a SS/HG story right?

It was just as well that Severus was to be exterminated tonight because if he were still in the castle, Albus would do the deed himself. Hell, no!!! Dumbledore deserves disgrace and should resign from Hogwarts in four days. And just who does he think he can hire to replace Severus???So Severus has been tortured for a week and a half? Have the house-elves been feeding Hermione - and did the house-elves feel something happen when Draco took over? Your story always makes me anxious for more 'cos I worry over the characters. Ack!!!!Thank you for the new chapter, babe!

Yes, the House Elf has been feeding Hermione and you shall see more from her at the end of this story as I have already written it... Well, the bit about her anyway.Severus was just tortured that night thankfully. AD wants SS killed because he told Harry about HG... I think it was just a spur of the moment thing, you know when you are so blinded by anger you think the most ridiculous things? I don't think he will feel that way when he has had time to reflect on it though.Loves you, Sonia :)

This is my first time reading this story and I am, for lack of a better term, in shock and awe. I started reading this morning before my alarm went off and continued while I was supposed to be getting ready for work. Rushing in 15 minutes late, I've been devouring as many sentences as I could since starting my shift (elevator, waiting room, supply closet, restroom, walking the hallways.) I am anxiously awaiting the next chapter. Thank you for making my life more entertaining, Sbrande!

"Looking"! Excellent! Now, if only Voldy gives "Lucius" the little job of disposing of the "body".... You do write gruellingly difficult-to-read chapters. Even though we know from the first chapter that Severus will survive to discover Hermione, reading Severus's despair here, and Harry's anger, and Dumbledore's callousness was really hard--a tribute to your writing ability. I'm assuming we are nearing the end now, or at least the battle. Or will you take us through Hermione's entire rehabilitation? It's hard to imagine such a long story being that much longer, but I can't imagine it ending simply with her rescue. Hmmmm... I suppose I'll have to wait and find out.

How did you guess? Of course Lucius will dispose of the body (my, we are clever aren't we???) and therefore Severus will live on.I plan on ending this story after the battle, but there will be a continuation which starts where I started this story. Yes, we are nearing the end, now if the damn characters would quit throwing more plot twists into the story then I could wrap things up.Thank you for your lovely review babe.Loves you, Sonia :)

Oh, I am so happy to see a new chapter up. I always look forward to the continuation of this story. Good job Crooks, although it might have been a good thing for Severus to find out what Peter knew before Crooksie finished him off. But maybe it's better this way as he had a habit of wiggling his way out of tight situation, now at least he's gone for good. Poor Draco, he's got a nearly impossible task, I hope he comes out of it all okay. Looking forward to the next chapter. :)

Ooooh! An update! Thank you very much! Hermione seems to have lost herself. I think it's like stories you hear about people with multiple personalities, that because of the horrible torture and abuse she has had to endure she has had to hide her true self deep inside, while the slave she has become has learned to survive. Although I haven't been commenting on a regular basis, I do look forward to each new chapter. ;)

I am prompted to review by your author's notes. I have read so far in one sitting and have toyed with different comments I could offer you. But it was the teasing about being a Slytherin to have read your story that made me do it. I am still with you and that in itself is telling. I will be honest and say that I have had a little trouble with some of the elements of the story but I am still with you.... I am intrigued by some of the characterization you are using and some of your word choice is really striking.

WOW. Not sure what Draco's plan is, but Draco doesn't know about Hermione and I cannot remember if he knows how to get down to the cells. Nice to see that Lupin is aware of Harry's friendship with Severus, and very good to see Harry still behaving maturely, more than in canon.Thank you for the new chapter, and I hope things calm down for you and the kids for the holidays!
