I'm glad at least one author had Albus admit that Severus could have been handled better.  I swear J.K.R. purposely made him into a vile yet tragic character.  I still to this day resent how she killed him off... Sighs*

I have been reading this fic on Ashwinder, but I was so happy to see more chapters here than there are on Ashwinder! I like this story very much.

This was my favorite scene:'Drink!' she commanded.He did as he was told and drank every vile drop of the potion and, after a few moments, relaxed back into the seat with Hermione still perched atop his lap.'Thank you,' he croaked.Dumbledore watched the somewhat changed dynamics between the two and saw that Hermione was smiling, albeit a little nervously, at him. Severus, in turn, didn't seem to be bothered at all by their close proximity, and welcomed her embrace. It looked, to him, like the beginnings of love.I love this adventure you are taking us on!Beth
