I would say this was cruel had I not known for certain you would not let them stay unhappy for the rest of their lives. Subvers, please, try to make sure you don't betray my trust in you as an author. I so very much believe the note says: "Hermione, the address of our home is ..." or whereabouts. 

GREAT story twists! The origin of the curse, the timely reappearance of the Nexus -- Can I just say how much I admire your ability to plot and smut at the same time? I know "smut" isn't a verb, but nothing else will do at the moment.

Subversa, please don't take away our/their happy ending! See what this story has reduced me to? Begging and pleading! This chapter was so good!! Hermione was perfect-- telling off Dumbledore and then handling Severus. It's why we sshg-ers are so brilliant, really. Those two are perfect together. *sigh* Can't wait for Halloween now!

If this weren't such a beautiful chapter I'd be irritated by the ending.  How cruel to leave us this way, I imagine Hermione is not too happy either.

Severus probably ought to be aware that I put a *great* deal of effort into finding out where Spinner's End is, and if I have to go look his ass up and beat some sense into him, he is NOT GOING TO BE HAPPY about it. (The smut was fantastic, by the way, and I loved Hermione giving Albus what for)

Love this fic!!!  Still angry at Albus though.    First he guilted Severus into trying to give Hermione up, and then he tried to pull the same thing on Hermione.    I'm glad she made her position known (LOVED her threatening him), but wonder if he's going to leave it alone as he doesn't like it when his 'precious plans' are interfered with...    He didn't fire Severus or try to press charges of some kind against him for having 'inappropriate relations' with a student, I hope...  Was so happy  that it looked like she got through to Severus!    Really didn't like the sound of "the empty wardrobe" when she couldn't find him...

another lovely roller coaster ride of a chapter. i very much enjoyed hermione telling off dumbledore. and kind of telling off severus, albeit nicely. i hope that he is not off trying to be "honorable" i.e. leave her alone. i prefer to think he's off planning some wonderful surprise? guess we'll find out soon enough.
