first, nothing makes my heart leap in my chest like seeing that you have updated this story. this chapter was stunning, as always. the way you brought them out of that horrible situation, and severus attending to her so sweetly, and trying to maintain his distance and all of that. and then, just when things finally seem to have settled down a little - boom! another evil cliffie! aaarrrggghhhh! so who can we get to Imperio you to post the next one?!!

Wow...that was sooo sweet!!!I loved the way Severus cared for Hermione...even if his reaction to her blowjob was a bit chauvinistic: who said only bad girl can do that kind of things? Anyway I think her condition is Morgen's fault: what if she used something other then cruciatus on Hermione? How many chapters are there 'til the end? will we see an happy ending?

What a chapter - good thinking on Severus's part. Morgen is so going to be out of the picture now - Morgen is dead witch walking. I loved the end of the chapter where he said ah, petal - he does care for her.

Oh crap to curse her to another - how can they get out of this one. I think Hermione does believe that he does not care for her but I think he does to some degree.

This story is brilliant. There is no other word for it. I'm waiting breathlessly for an update.

All I can say is "wow and amaizing".Was it Snape that cast the magit that saved Tonks, if not what on earth was it? An just WHAT was the sharp pain Hermione experienced when Bella died?Oh, yes, and what a perfect way for Bella to go. I dont think Voldemort is going to be very happy with Morgan.

First of all, I must make my sincerest apologies to you ... I just realized this afternoon (upon my third reading of this chapter) that I have not left a single review here through out my reading of this wonderful story!  I can make no excuses for myself other than to say that I began reading this and several other WIPs at the same time, and I was so enthralled that I just raced from chapter to chapter -- I've been trying to catch up like crazy.  A poor reflection on me, and one for which I am heartily sorry.This chapter was very intense and angst filled for me.  Your acumen in weaving together the disparate threads of this story leave me breathless -- making whole cloth out of many pieces.  I have several favorite authors whose work I follow, and while all of them are as good as you are, none are better.  The sheer detail with which you imbue The Love You Take is par excellence.This chapter has answered some of my questions, but raised others.  Now I have seen how clever is our Severus in the way he secures and protects Hermione!  But now I ask myself if the pain she felt as Bella died was the ending of the curse, and, if so, how will that affect the relationship between her and Severus.The ending of this chapter ( ‘Well played,’ he said simply, his caressing tone communicating more than the words he would not speak.'  and  'Ah, petal,’ he said, and tenderly gathered her into his arms.' ) have given me hope that all will be well with our hero and heroine, but I'm such a 'fraidy cat' that if the curse has ended, Severus will feel obligated to end his relationship with Hermione so she can have a chance to fall in love with someone her own age.  He's noble like that, you know -- thick as molasses sometimes, but noble nonetheless.  I know he loves her.  I know it!!!!!I am glad that Bella got what was coming to her, and I hope, now, that Morgen will, as well.  Will the Dark Lord kill her?  or make her his new plaything?  or wed her to Wormtail or Dolohov?  Perhaps I might be forgiven if I say that killing is too good for her.  But I am prejudiced -- she has roundly messed with Severus and Hermione, and I think a little, make that a lot, of suffering on her part would be just desserts.I liked that Andromeda and Tonks have been brought into the story, too, and I hope they'll survive their injuries.My absolutely favorite part of this chapter are the words, ‘Ah, petal.’  WELL DONE,  WELL DONE, WELL DONE !!!I remain your devoted fan, Beth
