Reviews for Being Hermione Granger
I'd bookmaked this a long time ago, and was thrilled to see an update. But now, you've left us with a cliffhanger! How can she possibly get him to cooperate with her to continue the experiment----and how can he ever be healed without it? Do please update soon!
How did Hermione expect him to react? Poppy basically unmanned him by announcing, quite bluntly, that Severus is impotent. Something, I'm sure Severus could rectify if he wanted (possibly) but still quite embarassing to a guy, especially on who is as private as Severus Snape!
Being a medical professional, I'm appalled at her tactic and if I ever didi that to a patient - I'd be fired!
I hope Hermione can dig herself back into his good graces. *crosses fingers*
Wow, I just discovered this awesome story and I am so glad I did!
Please, please, let there be an update soon...someone has got to convince Severus to put his pride aside for now and do what he needs to do! Judging by his medical history and his dreadful current physical condition, there's really no telling how much longer his body can hold out before something goes terribly wrong...
Again, excellent story and update, I hope to reading more of your work very soon!
This is a wonderful depiction of Hermione's post-war problems! And we get a glimpse of Snape's post-war problems too. Very good.
I think Hermione is at an age when many brilliant young people decide/realize that they need not be perfect at all things, or the absolute best at something, in order to be a worthwhile person. Good luck to her!

Interesting thoughts in the previous reviews. It can be argued both ways. Perhaps Hermione has no innate understanding of Potions, but she has certainly proven herself in Charms, with her DA coins and her expandable evening bag. So perhaps she DOES have such an ability in potions, too. Maybe she simply had to get over her respect of what's printed in the book.
a good beginning.

I'm not one to beg and plead for updates -- recognizing that authors are busy people as well :) -- but I can't tell you how pleased I was to see this story come back to life. No pressure, but please do keep working on it! What a lovely, multi-faceted, thoughtful character depiction. Nicely done.
Blessed be !!! An update !!!
Severus accepting that he will die soon brought tears to my eyes! I am so glad Hermione could talk him out of it.
I do hope Severus notices the 'Yours'.
I just read all of the chapters through and this story is so wonderful--especially this last chapter, it was beautiful! If you're still around, please update!
Heart breaking. I had tears in my eyes. I feel for both of them.
i love what i am reading so far. =] you have the characters down so well, it's incredible.but i am just wondering, is this completely DH compliant? hedwig was blown up in the last book. i'm not complaining that you wrote her in hear, i love the fact that she is because i love hedwig. just wanted to know if you remembered.enough of my rambling, i am headed off for the next chapter. =]
Holy cats Hermione is wound up tight isnt she??
I want to know the rest of ritual It was essentially a gift, given by the young woman to her new lover, who would then gift her in return, though the text had not specified in what manner. Most excellent chapter. I loved all the unicorn parts.
very, very cool. I love the way you wrote this part.
Oh dear. Severus knows he's in for it, doesn't he?
So she is more aware of herself as a woman now that her maidenhood has been accepted by the unicorn. I wonder if Snape is more aware of her after witnessing that.
that was very beautifully written, I could imagine the way she was feeling. :)
Well, if anything was able to raise Hermione's self-confidence, it had to be a unicorn. I wonder why Severus was reacting to her the way he was. I know she thinks it's because he feels she's childish, but I have the feeling it's something different than that. The way he brushed his fingers against hers would indicate he feels something for Hermione, even if it's just slight attraction at this point. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
that was such a wonderful chapter.
Just beautiful...a really touching chapter. I would love to get a glimpse of Snapes thoughts of these happenings. It's wonderful to see Hermione portrayed as actually having teenage problems for a change!! Am really looking forward to the next installment.
I'm really enjoying your story...it's capturing my mind and having me wonder what's next. I adored the interaction between the unicorn and Hermione. I also like how you make her more human like and prone to common problems for a girl: a few acne marks, weight gain. It gives a new perspective and more realistic tone. Can't wait for the next update.
What a lovely chapter. Hermione's experience with the unicorn felt very magical indeed. Your Snape is quite an egnimatic character. I'd love to hear Severus' reaction to the evening.
I do love this story so much and this is a particularly beautiful chapter.
I've just read through all the chapters for the first time. I'm absolutely enraptured by this story and am looking forward to much more.
