Reviews for Being Hermione Granger
Now she knows, but did she really want to? It may help her understand him, but will it help her to understand how to help him?
That was awesome!!!! Mione is such a complex character
How sad. The way damage continues to damage others. Like the ripples from a stone thrown into water, the pain continues to cause new pain to others long after the initial event. Very well written.Perhaps he has something to show Hermione ... how to go on in spite of the pain. Perhaps that will show her the way out of depression.
I think it is entirely appropriate that Hermione is so caught up in this personal case. Not just because of her feelings for Snape, but because of the other connections. Snape was injured so heavily in a war fought to protect people like her. I can't help but think of a Jewish person helping a German who has deserted because of all the horrors involved. Sure, it would be hard for them to overcome the obvious differences, but the basic story is that both are victims, and both most help themselves and each other.
This is a great story. I look forward to more.
That was quite a powerful chapter. I think that Hermione will manage to straighten herself out, but I think Ron is trying, but is still an insensitive jerk. Ah, well.
Great, oh so great....I am looking forward to the further developments which promise to be interesting on so many levels.
Now I really hope she'll be able to help him.
Oh how delightful- he's to be her patient, test subject and he found a way to makethem have to spend time together! Oh. I really liked the friendship between Ginny and Herminoe. well done
Oh so funny. It's good she chooses her favorite subject to persue. and I loved Ginny's outburst - even though it caused Hermione to cut her trumb. Ah, the reactions of both her and his were too cute.
She is most certainly not fine! the git. It's good that Hermione is getting out and around with her friends, but no, Severus wouldn't see the hurt insdie a person, would he?
Such a very realistic portrail of the after effects of constantly being 'in the thick of things' and the turmoil of her youg life. You are really examining her life and the descovery she is going through.
You really had me feeling so sorry for Snape. I'm really looking forward to how this story develops. You have some very interesting ideas.
Just started reading this today. Very emotional! Even I wanted to cry at the description of Severus' body and the pain. To think of the fierce Potions Master reduced to volunteering to experimental treatments developed by a student in the hopes of over-coming the pain and ruined body is just too sad! A compliment to your story, indeed!
Great story. The characters seem so real. Wonderfull point of view. Love it.
This is a psychologically complex story and I really appreciate that - as well as the nuanced portrayal of even minor characters. For instance, we get a strong glimpse of the complex motives H has, but also at how smart and understanding Ginny can be, and how well she focuses on the major impediment to a relationship - Snape's longterm suffering and trauma. Yay you.
aaah, this story looks VERY good to me. You have me hooked so much, I almost regret starting to read this, since it is so bloody good, but isn't finished yet And since it looks to be a long story, this will be agony, so update often please ;)
COOOL!!!!!!!
I'm really enjoying this story so far. Hermione definitely is harboring feelings for Severus, but she's afraid to let it show. I wonder what Severus thinks about Hermione; he seems a bit different after his talk with Minerva. I think this project is the perfect way for Severus and Hermione to become closer.
This was superb. Very poignant, and it was a treat (albeit it a sour one perhaps) to see the switches in Hermione's view of Snape. It was very smoothly written, and yet with just enough details, sorrow and pain, incorporated into it that it really sucked in the reader. Or at least it did me. :)
The proceedings were fascinating. And I ache for Severus and his pain.
So tremendously compelling. Snape's dignity is profound and the fact that he's allowing himself to be used as a test subject is amazing. What a wonderful story. I eagerly look forward to the next chapter.
wow, very descriptive, it was like being there!
Poor Severus. I am glad, however, that Hermione got to see the graphic description of Snape's injuries. I know Hermione is going to be really driven now!
A very moving and informative chapter. I very much enjoyed your inclusion of Madam Pomfrey as I love secondary characters.I cannot wait to see just what Hermione's brilliant mind is able to concoct for Professor Snape's treatment.
