I love to write. A dreamer, a creator and filled with wonder, imagination and life. Sometimes I get lost in the other worlds I've read and in some I create. It's all good, I’m in good company.

Thank you. Don't know about slow - it only took them a few months! Teehehe But yes, I enjoyed making Severus actually court her.
Wonderful, absolutely wonderful!!!

Thank you.
a satisfying ending to a wonderful story. but what happened to hermione's gryffindor courage (and why can't i remember how to spell gryffindor? it looks weird no matter how i spell it tonight) that it took her so long to work up to telling him, and in the end she never did? well at least he figured it out, and all's well that ends well. and this ended much better than SOME versions of these events! : )
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Put yourself in her shoes. How would YOU tell Snape your carrying his baby? Especially after he gave you a potion that would have terminated it? Huh? TeeheheStill, I glad you liked this. Yes, I love happy endings and decided that this would be one on it's conception. Thank you for the reveiw hon, I always love reading what you think.
Response from kittylefish (Reviewer)
well, i guess when you put it like that - he can be a little scary, huh? just a wee bit. ; )
Beaweasley, I enjoyed this story so much!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you, Amsev. That means a lot to me.
Naughty Lucius, although I think his plotting may backfire on him.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Or turn out exactly as he planned! Thank you for the review.
Wicked, evil, naughty Lucius! *snerk*And evil, evil, evil YOU for such a cliffie! Hurry with more!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Yes, well, Lucius is a wild card isn't he? Did he do it with good intentions or not? You'll see.One more chapter to go. Originally 8 and 9 were one chapter, I was rushed to finish and didn't quite like it as it was - so I split it in half and added what I thought was missing. Sorry about the cliffie!
and another wonderful chapter to a story i'm enjoying very much. i found the scene where they were redecorating his bedroom quite amusing - i loved that she turned everything PINK at first! (and i wish it were that easy in my world to try out new color schemes!) i also liked that draco invited her (and harry and ron) to the party to thank them - i always enjoy a draco who's not a nasty bastard. well, i am a little worried about the initial fallout from their night together - but i'm wondering what sort of potion lucius slipped 'em, and if it was one of those things that makes you realize what you really want, then it was probably all to the good, since sometimes these two can be a tad stubborn. as always, looking forward to the next!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Yes, the color change with a wand wand wold be so much fun IRL! I'd like to think that after everything, Draco would turn out okay. It was a nice gesture on his part. The champagne will definately jump start things, but it is dependant on how close a relationship these two have developed... You'll see. One more to go!
AHH you left me hanging! But tha was a great chapter!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you. Sorry about the cliffie! Give me a day or two and you'll have the conclusion!
That pink champagne had something in it - did it not??? I cannot wait to see what happens... Good chapter.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Yep. Thak you very much!
Bad Lucius. Bad. Poor Hermione, Severus is going to be horrified when he realizes what happened.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Naughty Lucius! Ever wake up the next morning thinking 'oh my gods what did I do?' Teehehehe
It's obvious you have spent much time on getting the latin terms correct. It was a great touch to add. And I wonder if Hermione will realize Lucius did something to her drink, and if Severus was really as involved in drugging her as it appears.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you. Yes, I have a Latin translation site that I found and I choose the words carefully. I also think putting the translations helps understand what they mean.Hermione hasn't realized yet what was put in her drink - and I'm not sure Severus caught it either. He was given the same champagne at the party too. Yep, Lucius is up to something... naughty wizard!
Great chapter, but I am suspitious of the champange that Lucius gave Hermione.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you very much -- you should be! Teehehe
Lucius is stirring up trouble I'm sure, but he may just be doing them a favour without realising!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Exactly! Teehehehe
Ooh, a cliffie! I'm all awash with questions - what did Lucius put something in her drink? Will Severus turn into a right arse in the morning, lol?Danke for sharing, I can't wait for the next chapter!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Why thank you very much. to answer you: a potion, no not exactly... but things change. Hope that helps! I've got to check over the chapter first, but I will post soon... Only one more to go!
Brilliant!Loved everything about this chapter................Kirkwell was a hoot! The Rogers sisters were fabulous, dotty but fabulous. The detention records revealed so much about Severus' true character.I could go on and on and gush about how wonderful this chapter is...................................BRAVO!
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you. I had a good time typing Master Kirkwell and the Roger sisters (remember thier letters?) But personally, between Fawkes and the detention slips I wanted to show how Severus truley was! even though he was never able to show it outright. I'm very glad you liked this story. Thank you.
as expected, i loved this chapter from start to finish. from her fishing his good robes out of the closet against his will, to him forcing her to buy nice robes against her will, and down through the parade of witnesses. i appreciated the humor you added into the mix; this line in particular made me giggle: 'Sent about eight a day recently as I recall, even though he was dead.' and the stuff about fawkes, and the detentions. and then to the ending, and the handshake between harry and severus. nice. i saw in response to one of the other reviews you said, severus and hermione probably go back to his house and have soup and sandwiches, and that made me smile, too. (give him another bath in the roasting pan and i can die a happy fangirl.)
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
I am so glad you appreciated my details, my parade of OC's and my attempt to make a serious trial fun to read. Yes, Kirkwell was a kick to write, the crotchety old coot, and making up the stuff about Fawks. Yes, (since I have two more chapters) Hermione and Severus go back to Spinner's End. However, I have other things in mind for these two! But you're welcome to imagine Severus in the roasting pot anytime you like!
Oh, that was a wonderful trial scene.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you so very much.
Yippie - Severus won and he is free. I loved your detail to writing in the whole court scene - I could see it happening. Truly great writing - when you take the reader into the story so deep that they picture it - you have struck gold.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Oh, my wow. I really appreciate being told that. *blushes* I just wanted a trial scene with some humor and a few little twists. I'm flattered by your kind words.

Yay! Great chapter, I loved the support coming for Severus - this is definitely my favorite version of "what might have happened had Severus lived," lol
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you very much. I appreciate the kind remarks.
"I am not a roast."Best line...seriously, lol
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Yes, one of my favorites as well. Thank you.
Oh, I love the detention cards. You can throw proof of Snape's deeds in the Wizengamots' face, showing them all how Snape saved so many, and they would still force him to trial. But show them how he saved their children and suddenly they realize what a hero he is.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Yes, well, of couse! I mean he was Headmaster and Dumbledore did set him up to be his succesor after his death... I actually took the idea from canon, detentions with Hagrid seemed so begin considering Filch had his chains oiled. Thank you very much for the nice review.
Well done Harry, and well written !
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you .
Too often when a chapter in fan fiction repeats a lot of information we already know, it becomes boring. But you haven't allowed this to become boring. Your pacing is sure, neither too quick nor too slow, your characterizations are true, and your writing style is excellent. I really love this story. It is 'just right!'
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Wow, Pookkah, That's such a wonderful comment. Thank you.
You did a beautiful court room drama in this chapter, I was able to feel the tention and picture the scene in my mind quite clearly.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Wow, Thanks. I enjoyed typing this, and wanted it to flowlike a real trial, but be suspensful and tense yet funny at the same time. I'm glad you liked this.
Wow that was intense! And Harry really impressed me by hoew he handled himself in the courtroom.Damn Fudge needs to be taken down a peg or two! So now that Severus is free what will our two favorite characters do?Great chapter and can't wait for the next one.
Response from beaweasley2 (Author of The Potion Master’s Amalthea)
Thank you. Yep, it all hung on the line. Harry on a mission - free Severus, and we all know how Harry is when on a missionn!Believe me, Fudge will likely be reamed in the Daily Prophet and repremanded my the Minister. You think Kingsley would let it go? without repremand?I think Severus and Hermione will, I dunno - go home and have soup and sandwiches....Thank you for your support. I'll be posting the next chapter in a bit... I need to get the next chapter of Self-Writing Parchment in. Thank you very much for the reveiw!
