~giggles~ What do you mean, wrong? Everything's absolutely perfect. Your characterisations are absolutely spot-on, and the characters' reactions couldn't *be* more believable. Poor Hermione - who wouldn't cry and fret in her situation. And those wonderful retrospective moments that you brought in throughout the chapter ... I mean I always knew Severus would become friends with Remus and with Harry; they just had those minor misunderstandings to iron out, you know ... ~happy sigh~

And isn't Severus romantic, to dance with and snog his wife the whole time of the party ... That's the kind of stuff that just makes you swoon.

Now, don't you ruin anything, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this picture (ok, maybe Severus is a bit soft, but he does has a wife to seduce, not to mention he wants to seduce her so thoroughly that she will stay in his bed. One could blame it on his Slytherin side, being soft to achive something he wants:-)) I loved this first chapter, yes I know it has been done before, but I proudly admit to love MLC fics, and with all the rather dark WIP's going on at the moment, it is refreshing, relaxing, entertaining and plain great to read a story like this for a change. I hope you will give us the next chapter soon and that you will continue to write it in the same fashion as this first one. A great job!

Weren't we just talking about these the other day? It's a MLC... Squee! 

I'm not sure it works as a parody, unless you know the fandom (meaning, have read all that trash out there) and know you as a fic author. I feel that a truly good fic should be able to stand alone, without much of that background. You used all the cliches that drive me mad, and overall the story is fluffy enough to make one giggle, but it wasn't "overblown" enough for me to really laugh out loud and enjoy it as a parody. But this is just a subjective opinion, don't take this as a flame.

This is a train wreck of epic proportions. I think the only cliche you missed was stalker!ron. Fabulous parody. ---or should I say---*squee* I can't wait to see what happens next. You've got to update soonest. Sevie and Mia should have lots of babies with her nose and his eyes.

*Giggle* Well, Hermione's spine is missing for a start...“Oh my!” Hermione exclaimed. “You mean to say, they would rape, torture, and possibly murder me as pay back?”Oh, wow!  Love that line!  And I've seen so many similar used with a perfectly straight face!Thanks for brightening my morning!

Cheese of the finest vintage....I loved it made me smile and giggle. All that was missing in the cheese department was some lovely silver snakes on Sev's boxers.

My favorite.  I am so glad I haunt the WIKTT yahoo group, this was lots o fun and a parody that doesn't burn my eyes is a welcome change.  You should have seen the first to chapters I wrote for what was to be an epic harry/ginny story with a mangled latin name about red hair before the third book came out, I'm actually kind of sad I don't have anything but a written rough copy, its fun to remember past writing transgressions :)  Thanks for the story.

Squee!  Oh how I love a happy ending for 'Mione and Sevvie!  *snicker*  Seriously, this was fun to read. Rather like the cliff's notes version of 95% of the MLC fics out there, it has all the cheese, plenty of beans and very little meat, all wrapped up in two quick chapters - a fast-food burrito of a fic. *giggles*  great job!

I loved this. I felt a little guilty at first even reading it, like I was being disloyal to all those marriage law fics I had read. Before long I was laughing so hard my ribs hurt.  So much for my loyalty.

That was a great parody. As much as I like a good MLC there are unfortuantly too many like your parody that were written seriously.
