Jumped on the Harry Potter bandwagon in 2000 (when Goblet of Fire was out in hardback). Prisoner of Azkaban is my favourite in the series, followed by Order of the Phoenix. I read and write in the SS/HG corner of the Potterverse.

I have about half of chapter 2 written, That is, if I don't need to completely rewrite it like I did the first version of this chapter. I don't think I will, but I'd rather not post something OOC.

This may not be THE sequel, but you give us much insight about how the characters are faring after Hermione's death. You even managed not to make this too gloomy with delightful tidbits of humour.

I decided to write this primarily to help get my thoughts in gear for the real sequel. It seems that it'll help prepare the way in other ways too.
I seem unable to write anything without injecting some humour into it. Sounds like it's just as well!
I loved Redivivus and i'm loving this one too!I was not expecting a sequel this fast and god am i glad you did. <3 Can't wait for the sequel. Now I wait some more...

Good, it's already worthwhile writing this sequel with a response like yours.
There is a reason that a sequel is out now. That very same reason is why I'm going to try to get this and the real sequel finished by doomsday- sorry, by 21.7.07. Just in case the unthinkable happens and JKR kills the wrong person, taking out my muse too.
However, if the unthinkable happens and I still haven't completed the real sequel, I'll do my damndest to bring my muse back to life if only to finish the story.
You'll be pleased to know that I have chapter 2 partly written and hope to get up to at least chapter 3 next week. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best...
