Thank you so much for the update. I am glad to see that you are writing again. I can understand your reaction towards DH, but I found that a healthy doze of well written fanfiction helped me to totally ignore that the book was ever written:-))

I've been reading this story for a while, though (not being a fan of crossovers in general) I was a bit skeptical at first.  I really like where you've taken this, though, and I think I'm going to continue to enjoy it more and more.

I am enjoying this story so much that I've arranged for you and your betas to receive a lifetime supply of chocolates personally delivered by Severus Snape (Alan Rickman volunteered to drive hime over).I really hope they find the counter-curse for Molly and Arthur soon. How tragic to have to sacrifice the only thing that kept you going for years. Will the children also have to take the potion? Their love (while of a different nature) is equal to the love Molly has for him. Guess I have to wait for the update....

A very well written chapter, and a good story. I just loved the way Molly fought for her family, and the subtle way Voldemort was shown as a coward by more or less running from the scene. Maybe he remembered what happended the last time he tried to figth a mother protecting her children?   You will have problems convincing me that this is in any remote form a Severus/Hermione story and making it belivable though. Harry and Ron are treated with respect, and acting mature while Hermione is almost unable to speak a full sentence without stottering and treated with contempt and manhandled while called a "silly little girl"? I am usually no a Molly-fan, but her words to Severus about his treatment of Hermione, shows that she not only saw that his treatment was far from correct of fair, but so wrong that she reacted on it even if the love of her life is lying in front of her in great pain. If this Hermione is the same as  Lupin once called the brigthest witch of her generation I feel sorry for the wizarding world, one would do best in hoping that any children concieved by this generation takes after their fathers because their mothers would all be rather dumb. Keep up the good work though, it is a good story,  but concider dropping the Hermione/Severus pairing. Making an item out of them now,  with a Hermione far from brigth and a Severus obviously considering her as rather worthless, would , jugded by the story so far result in one of two things: The "happy ending" so AU compared to the rest of the story, that a otherwise great job is somewhat lessened. Or, an ending where Severus is not a hero, but a psychopat who prefer a woman he is able to treat like this, and a Hermione so weak that she as other victems for psychopats thinks "that its alrigth, I am stupid, so ofcourse he is in his rigths to tell me all that I do wrong, he only does it because he loves me after all...."

Eep! I had been ignoring this story for some time, due to lack of time, which is rather fortunate since upon finishing the first chapter I read what you have straight though.  V. enjoyable!  I found the conceptualization of arithmancy interesting and believable.  Also, really enjoy the Lewis threads and facts.  Noting the references to the Hideous Strength trio, I was wondering if you've read The Dark Tower? It's a posthumous collection that includes somewhat of a story that was meant to follow-while frustrating, its still rather interesting.  Keep up the good writing and keep posting! (and since I'm selfish, I'll ask that its frequent and soon)
