I am amazed and enthralled with the Harry Potter universe, with the emphasis on Snape. HG/SS is my favorite ship (you have been warned). I like sci-fi ? Star Wars, Quantum Leap, Star Trek, and Ray Bradbury to name a few. Horror also catches my interest as in Stephen King. I am a married, mother of two teenagers, multiple pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, turtle), and I work way too many hours. The rest is window dressing and subject to change without notice. I am also on staff on a wonderful new site called Playwitch. Visit when you get a minute: WWW.Playwitch.net

O.o Delightful read! Though the mistletoe was a bit cliche, it was still a fun read. I loved how you increased the deafening of the silence, so that he didn't just suddenly want her. V. good.
Yay! It leaves me wanting more, more, more! What a clever story! :)
Loved it, absolutely loved it!!!!! As always you have given us a brilliant story:-)
Christmas fluff is a good thing! This story is a nice little one shot! Well done darling!
Hee hee!! Love it, Pearle, and the spelled mistletoe was a touch of brilliance.
i love the end. "and the book". so snape-like. <3
This was absolutely delightful. I've been so bogged down in Angsty!Snape that this was a great diversion. I love Christmas fluff!
Oh how wonderful!!!! Ya gotta love "holiday" fluff! It's the best! I just adore the way one sentence takes over his whole mind. Just a fantastic story. Thank you so much for gifting us with its wonderfulness. Hope the mistletoe is spelled well for you too!!
Thanks for the early Xmas present! It's just what I wanted! Happy holidays to you, Pearle!
Very cute. I'm thrilled to see you writing again. I really loved the way she got under his skin in this one. I'm hoping your muse is being kind and we'll see a 'Dances' update soon. Be well.
This was big fun, Pearle! Trust Hermione to stumble into the best way to get his attention! Lovely! :)
The last lines were priceless! ~applause~ I enjoyed this very much!
Deliciously fluffy - right up with cotton candy! Thanks, I really enjoyed that.
*AHHHHHHHHHH* Now I am late for work because I just had to read this but it was soooooooooooo worth it!!!! Wonderful!!!!!Hugs,
wonderful read!
What a nice little Christmas-story. Thank you for sharing this plot bunny. Severus playing hard to get and then regretting for not letting himself get caught (and getting very grumpy about it). I like that. And I feel for him. But I think that is exactly how he would react.I noticed a small mistake though. In Hogsmeade, when he listens in on Hermione at Flourish and Blotts the vendor tells her "...You’re name is first on the list..." when he should say "...Your name is the first on the list...". (But maybe he is just stuttering? ;-D) It's a minor mistake though and not very grave. I just noticed it and thought I let you know.Again, thanks for the nice story.
Happy christmas to you too Pearle. I hope the holidays willl find you in good health. All the best wishes to you and your family for the new year. And thank you for the story. It was lovely.
Very enjoyable and cheerful reading. I had hoped for some lemons though.
Brilliant portrayal of Severus finally getting a little bit of holiday happiness. I really loved the ending of this fic. Spelled mistletoe? Perfect touch.

Thank you. I know the mistletoe bit has been done before, but it was the perfect vehicle to bring the two together. And Albus insisted on it...*grin
I just adore this. Great work. It hit the spot today.

I have it! You're so sweet. Thank you.
I love it! He got the girl.......AND the book. As always, Pearle, it's been a pleasure reading your work.

Thank you for your kind praise.Severus seems the type that would value a rare tome almost as much as he would a lover. After all, a book can't talk back to him, but then again it won't keep him warm at night, either. With Hermione, and her love for books, I'd say he had both areas covered.
Aw, I loved that! It was really fluffily angsty...if they makes sense. lol The perfect combination!
Response from Pearle (Author of You Win)
Glad you liked it.*nods head*A bit of angst topped off with a lot of fluff!
And here I would have bet money that Hermione, Minerva and Albus were all plotting together.? Well, you've kept me guessing more than once.? I'm fairly new to this site, but I love your work.? I especially appreciate happy endings and holiday fluff.? Thanks!
Response from Pearle (Author of You Win)
Thank you for your kind praise. I'm glad you enjoyed the story. Sometimes it's hard to find a new slant to the pairing, but I would think Albus would meddle in Severus's life no matter what.
...And there's a big, glaring mistake at the end--want more smut!! *waaaaaaaah!!**sniffle*~Lotm(You do such lovely smut, too.)

*blushes*Thank you! Wow, you're good. I haven't even pimped this and already you've reviewed.Perhaps the next burst of writing will be NC17, I need to think of a plot, if only to fool myself that there is a tiny bit of story hiding among the pulsating folds.

Ooh, baby...Don't forget to work on Dances, too! You have gazillions of breathless, potentially whiny/petulant fans waiting for an update. (*quickly threatens your germs into submission again to make sure you finish healing quickly, this time using diagrams involving heavy earth-moving equipment, anti-aircraft artillery, and an oversized butane torch*)Ya know, if you take too long, I just might teach the non-Mobmembers how to wield a torch as irately as the rest of us...~Lotm
Nothing like taking something away to make a person miss it. Nicely done.
