For the life of me, I can't understand what Severus is up to (sneaky Slytherin!) -- did he sleep with Lavender, or didn't he?  What on earth would he see in a self-absorbed little trollop like her?  One suspects that he doesn't have a lot of respect for Lavender, given the rather sarcastic emphasis he placed on the word "friend" -- so the only thing that comes to my mind is that he's behaving towards Lavender as if she were a mistress and Hermione as if she were a wife (hence the closet full of old-fashioned and rather matronly clothes, more appropriate for someone who is both a lady of virtue and the lady of the house). Lavender may think that she's got Severus wrapped around her finger, but she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I'm very curious to see what happens next.

?A little confused here.  This is a SS/HG fic but he's fucking Lavender?  Even if it does eventually turn into a SS/HG, why would she want Lavender's sloppy seconds...again?  If she does, she has even less self respect than Lavender does.

Dear chained, I'm a sucker for a captured Hermione story and have read this with interest. I like your premise, I really do, it shows you have used your imagination. You voice Snape very well indeed. From a Brit Pick point of view you need to be flogged, but I'm a stickler for all things British to be correct. 'What the bloody hell' or 'What the fuck' or 'What the hell'. Not 'What the bloody fuck'. In fact, when people are genuinely angry they drop the bloody altogether, it's more of a frustrated swear word than an angry. 'Fuckity fuck fuck' is also frustrated. Fuck is one syllable and hits the spot when furious without preamble.Fleshing out your ideas would be my constructive two pennies. This chapter could easily have been embellished into 3500 words and would add to my enjoyment. It's too bloody fuckity fuck fuck short.

Good for Ron, actually.? And especially good for Hermione.??

Hope Snape is only doing some memory modifications to Lav-Lav cos she really doesn't seem his type; she really isn't intelligent enough, streetwise yes, intelligent no. And on the subject of Lav-Lav is it just my imagination or is she trying to make Hermione feel gauche and naive to boost her self up, selfish witch. Maybe Harry should get some orientation counselling cos' he really could use it, Ginny versus Malfoy Jr, hmm maybe he should read up on alternative lifestyles.

I don't usually read non-con, but someone pointed out this story to me. Especially considering you're a new author, I think this is well-written, and you obviously have some skill in narrative. However, I find it impossible to take your scenario and characters seriously, that anyone in these circumstances, would feel "hot" rather than being utterly terrified. I think its a rather sad commentary on the ubiquitousness of the DE Rape scenario as erotica in this ship, that almost no one among your many reviewers has criticised that.

Perhaps it's just me, but your characters are totally and utterly beyond belief.  It's been a long time since I've seen characters so OOC.   There is nothing in canon to  suggest any of your main characters would ever act this way.  The only people who might possibly be considered in character here are the Lestranges.  Your portrayal of Hermione and Lavendar being so turned on by being captured and raped is terribly disturbing.  Knowing people who have been raped, this disgusts me entirely.   I can't think of a situation where this story could be considered appropriate.  I've read a few  rape romances and this takes the cake for unbelievable.   I generally don't leave reviews for stories I dislike so much, but I had to tell you how out of line this is.  Rape is a horrible, horrible thing.  On what planet will any woman who has been taken forcefully ever decide she can't wait to have sex with her captor?  I've seen the after effects of capture and rape.  It makes this scenario look sick and twisted.

Another chapter?? FABULOUS! It's hard to let go of this story. The complex, interwoven threads of Lavender/Hermione, Snape/Hermione, and Draco/Harry connexion was simply brilliant. ::huffs::Pay no attention to the nattering neebobs--I think your plotting and your porn is without peer.The tremendous, fabulous details ::claps hands::I am a gibbering mess, wanting chapter 3 RIGHT NOW. You've asked what the readers think of how it's going... Well, if this story were listed as PWP, I'd say there's not enough Porn. Because currently there's simply not much Plot. And without Porn or Plot ... you really need to write a few more words to let us know what's happening. I intend to check back in to see if this story actually develops a plot and becomes a drama/romance.
