Male. Married. Live in Florida. Owned by two Egyptian Maus, a red tabby, and a hairball-emitting pile of fluff.

Aw, nice to see one couple "marrying off". The familiars should be well pleased.Holy heck with the new students! Well, that certainly finds a way to keep Hermione on at Hogwarts past graduation. Now, which teacher will ask her to apprentice?Too funny with the plaid pookah! (I like that nod.) Ooh, the Sidhe are very malevolent twist, aren't they? Hopefully their "punishment" isn't too harsh.

Plaidpooka was one of the first people I "met" in this fandom years ago. I couldn't resist a gentle nod in her direction.
Ah, so the full story with the Animagus Potion comes out.
Too funny on the concentrated catnip and it's effects on all the cats and Minerva! Aw, baby kitties. Maybe their owners will be following suit?
Oh, the devious familiars and the dreams they're sending their familiars! Now, that's a way to implement their plan!
I certainly wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of the familiars of Hogwarts, let along cross them in a dark alley. How the heck did they manage to make it look like an accident (broken shoe lace)?
Glad to see Snape and Hermione interacting outside of Hogwarts, albeit for only a few minutes. It's a start.
Also, relieved to see Hermione send Harry to St. Mungo's. At least she's thinking logically and making sure he gets the help he needs. Hopefully he'll be locked away until she's at least gone from Hogwarts.
Wow, Harry really has lost the plot, hasn't he? I wonder what kind of punishment he'll get for kidnapping Hermione and will anyone see how obsessed he is with her?
Glad to see the familiars have found her and managed to get her back to Hogwarts!
Too funny Hermione and Severus avoiding Madam Pince and that neither of them wanted to be at the dance.
Too funny how a dance can make or break relationships. Good thing the humans are getting themselves sorted out for their pets.
Oh dear, Hermione was caught unawares, wasn't she?
Good think Severus knew how to get Hermione back into human form.
Aw, nice of Snape to show her his form, but too funny that he's a sea monster! Wouldn't his students be surprised? He could really have fun in his form with the students in the black lake, couldn't he?
Why do I think Harry meddling with Halloween and Hermione's detention is going to make things worse, or at least more complicated?
"Five years from now, that overgrown parrot will be telling us to breed." Why do I think this will happen sooner than the pets expect?
Oh silly girl experimenting on herself!
Too funny that Severus is a sea-serpent and Hermione is a Shetland Pony.

Wow, a derranged Harry. Normally it's an obsessive Ron, but I like this twist.
Nice to see Filch getting along with Sprout. He seems to be quite the overlooked character (well, most teachers really) in fics. Looks like the humans are sorting themselves out better than the pets could have influenced.
I think I'm falling in love with Duster already! He seems to be a more rational version (to our POV so far) of Severus. ;)
Very strong start to the story. Interesting take on the MLC. I love how the pets are a personification of their owners (some more than others)! Why do I think now all pairs are going to pan out?

Actually this was the Crookshanks Connection challenge via WIKTT. I have not done a MLC fic yet, although I've given it some thought.

Ah, my mistake. It is very reminiscent with the "low birth" spiel and must get the humans to repopulate... Either way, Crooks and Shadow have their work cut out for them. ;)
Absolutely loving this story. The familiars and the way they see the world is so funny. Plus there are some very interesting side plots, like the Sidhe.
Clever idea! Cats do tend to give the impression they own you don't they? The idea that they control but pretend not to is a great one! It's amusing to think of Fawkes being as manipulative as Albus :) Off to read the next chapter.
Sequel please!!!! :D:D:D
