Ending up as one of the more prominent portraits at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a dull thing indeed, for a former double-spy. But there are ways to amuse oneself when boredom gets the better of you.

I like to read, and I have this compulsion to write.
And the lovely banner above was made by Talesofsnape, a friend of mine.
Reviews for Framing Hermione
It's all fun and games, Severus, until the turpentine flies. I think you'd better find another hobby until Prof. Granger-Weasley calms down. Maybe longer. A conciliatory token might be nice, too, although I don't think it would be wise to hold one's breath waiting for it. I wonder if he'll take pity on the obviously under-the-weather McGonangal and play nice? Or does he *want* to disappear into the ether?Looking forward to reading more soon! Thanks for posting.hm88

He has no self preservation at all, has he? And conciliatory gestures? Naaaah, I don't think so. Thank you for reading and reviewing. The next chaper are in queue.

No why on earth would Severus want to have Hermione at the school? I can't wait to see where this goes.
Response from Pyttan (Author of Framing Hermione)
You'll see. He is very bored you see, and a bored Severus can't possibly be a good thing. Thank you for reading and reviewing.

Uh oh. I smell "revenge is a dish best served cold". I don't suppose he'll forgive her for bringing him into the (headmaster's office) communal fold? I mean, really... how long can a portrait hold a grudge, especially when the best of intentions were involved?Looking forward to reading more--hm88

I would say that this particular portrait has the ability to hold a grudge for a very long time ... and he is bored ... Thank you so much for reading and reviewing. Two more chapters are in queue and I hope you will like them.

Bless her heart. After she's had herself a good cry, though, I bet she'll be looking for a way to enlarge the lettering on those book titles. ;) You have a lovely writing style Thank you for posting.hm88

That's it? Damn short chapter. I'll wait until this story is finished to read it, if all chapters will be this brief.
Response from Pyttan (Author of Framing Hermione)
Yes. That's it. The chapters range between about 700 and 1500 words. I tend to write that way. I hope you'll follow-and enjoy it-anyway.

Nothing quite like watching portraits argue. I love the wondering about magical duels in portraits. That could be interesting in a weird sort of way. Now as to where Severus would have wanted his portrait hung...
Response from Pyttan (Author of Framing Hermione)
Yes. The living portraits really is the oddest idea and that was what appealed to me as I wrote this story. Thank you for reading and reviewing.
