Whilst looking at yr Bio to see what else you had written was amazed to read that this is your first fanfic.  Confidently writtten with believable characterisation and superb banter.Very glad to read in responses that future chapters are written or at least planned out.  This is a story I'm looking forward to reading to the end :)

Their dry, innuendo-fueled banter is hysterical.  I've laughed out loud several times.  Hahah giving the Slytherins career advice to ride dragons because of what it does to their thighs!  BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! *dies*

I really enjoyed this first chapter. Sounds like you are keeping them pretty much in character as I would imagine they'd be after all this time... Snape more mellow and Hermione more self confident but not arrogant about it.Well written and fun. I can hardly wait for more.

I have never left a review, and I have never loved a piece of fanfic so much. You really are a fabulous writer - great style, great pacing, great characterizations. Hermione in this story is Anna Devane for me (showing my Americanism here? Although Anna is British) Google her if you must - a soap opera heroine maybe, but a truly unique one who proved that chicks can kick ass. I LOVE that your Hermione has shown the same. I also love that Severus didn't tell her about Vocant Amoris - yet. I've just discovered the SS/HG world and while there's some good stuff, I'm happy to see this take - adult, practical, sexy as hell, but no angst or overdone romance. Can't wait for the sequel - please tell me it's still happening! I've reread this story far more times than I should admit. And while the Snapey goodness in this story still trumps all others, I now admit to having had some impure thoughts about Charlie and his thighs as well ...

I find it quiet amusing how many fanfictions mention the word Schadenfreude! I've never noticed this before because I'm german (this explains my english...) I think I've read around 30 english HP fanfictions that mention the fact that we have a word for taking pleasure from another's misfortune:)

I don't know why I haven't read this before, but I am SO extremely glad I have now. It's definitely an instant favorite. I've enjoyed every word of it and will be back time and again to reread and slip into their lovely little covert world. Just love, love, love it! Thanks so much for gifting us all with it!

This was such a wonderful Bond meets Harry Potter. Clever, funny and well written. I really hope you'll write more about our Mr and Mrs Spy. They are such a wonderful team.. and you do realise there are extended versions of Bat out of hell with bonus tracks, do you?
