Watching Hermione fall out of bed while trying to give Severus enough space, made me smile. I'm glad they managed to work that part out, but I wonder how close they'll be by morning? This weekend spying mission is going to be challenge for both of them.

Hermione turned and strolled into the house, looking forward to her bed and dreams of a naked, handcuffed professor.

I'll bet those dreams were rather x-rated!

I love the easy camraderie you've established between the two of them. :)

I loved this first chapter and will be rushing on to read the rest. As someone else said, I like that they are starting out as equals in this story. If anything Hermione seems to be at a bit of an advantage having been working on the case for a while, but I'm sure Severus will be up to snuff before long. Thanks for sharing.
