I write fan fiction: I am a big SS/HG shipper, but I also like RL/HG, DM/LL and tastefully written Dramione or Lumione on occasion.
I photoshop: I use photoshop an awful lot to create my own banners and edit photos - I love my DSLR.
I am a bibliophile: Paperback, hardcover, graphic novel, fiction or non-fiction. You name it, I read it and collect it.
SEVERUS SNAPE IS MY ONE TRUE LOVE!!!

Well, Severus and Hermione, it's about time you two got on with the rest of your lives together. I couldn't be happier with where our heroine and hero are in their life's story. They are together. They have promised their love and loyalty to each other so long as they both shall live.May they live long and prosper, and gift the world with wonderful little sons and daughters who can bring together the best of each of them, distilled to it purest form and brimming with good things for the future.Thank you, brandy, for this amazing chapter. You have made me as happy as Sevrus and Hermione have made each other.Well done!Beth

Hey Beth, thanks for the review as always. I know this is very self-promotional but the first chapter of my newest fic is already up here, and the second is nearing the front of the queue. I'd be grateful if you gave it a look when you have the time - it's called 'The Beauty of Science'. I will probably continue to post this story once the other one is completed. Cheers! :D

Hahah, talk about a whirlwind relationship. I am really getting swept up.
I think I recall Allegra Cole being a character in the movie 'Hitch'. Lol. Good chapter.
I love Harry in this story.
I love Hermione for the way she treats Snape. They are good together.
I have taken too long to find this story. On to the next chapter...
Oh why does he not just go and talk to someone?
Awesome start. I think I read this when you first posted it :p
I can't believe they are already married.

I could have strangled Allegra Cole for causing so much trouble between Severus and Hermione... but I can see how she would be attracted to him. LOL! Aren't we all?I wonder what is Hermione's "important meeting" with Dumbledore is about? And what bee is in Voldermort's bonnet that he would summon Severus at this time of day? Enquiring minds want to know!I am so happy that you've decided to complete this story. You may feel that "this is not my best work by a long shot," but I've always liked it! Thank you for picking it up.Beth

Thanks so much, Beth! When I look back on the stuff I wrote when I was still a teenager, I often feel disgusted with myself is all :p I'll slowly be posting it, however, there is something new in the works that will be springing up very soon. I have been writing again :)

Woo hoo! I'll be looking forward to the new one as well. *iz grinnin*

Yes, I do realize I got the birthday mixed-up. My apologies, but just run with it anyway. This is fine by me, but when I read it I thought "Wow! This is really clever to have used the time that her using the Time-Turner had advanced her real age. And it puts her birthday so close to Severus. Woo hoo." If you hadn't said anything I would never have known it was a mistake. You're such a clever writer that I ran with it anyway.
I like the way that Severus paced up and down the hallway outside Hermione's room. He cares so much for her, and I'm delighted that he knocked on her door. And breakfast in bed? Together? Awesome.
His gift to her was was such a lovely thing. Although he didn't say anything about it, I wondered if perhaps it had been his mother's pendant and chain. Then when he gave her the bracelet for her birthday present that was so very much like the pendant, I decided there is definitely more here than just presents bought especially for for Christmas and birthday. I'm probably all wrong, but I like to imagine where the author might be going.
Hermione's gift to his is such a mystery. I wondered if Christmas present to him had anything to do with a ring –that was my first thought– but then I thought it might have something to do with saving is life if the Dark Lord or any of the other Death Eaters had any thoughts about ending his life. Or both... how 'bout that?
It was really sweet of Snape to allow her to spend her birthday at the Burrow so she could be with her friends, and I was very proud of Harry for the way he understood her feelings for the professor. Being in love with Luna has helped him see how being loved for who you are no matter what anyone else thinks is priceless.
I'll be happy when she gets back to Yorkshire and her professor. Thanks for such a wonderful chapter!
Beth
Well done Harry! I'm excited for Hermione's return to Snape.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
It was good of Harry :) Thanks.
Hobson's choice really for the poor girl.

Mmmhmm :) Thanks sunny!
With each chapter that I read, I was more and more engrossed in the story. I believe this will be on my favorite stories list. The way you portrayed both Severus and Hermione are very well thought out and stay true to the character's overall personality.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
Thank you, I'm very flattered :) Glad you're enjoying it so far.
In Chapter One, when Severus asked her why she was determined to pursue an apprenticeship with him she told him, "I respect your work, and I am grateful for everything you do 'or us. That is why I have chosen you as my mentor,’ she answered. It was as much a truth as she was telling him for now. Well, now I know what she wouldn't tell Severus when he posed that question. I am so glad that she has this ability to heal, because I think Severus is going to need it more before everything is said and done. Obviously, Dumbledore was concerned about Severus, and finding out that Hermione had this special gift must have seemed like an answer to his prayers. For now his plan is working, but will Hermione be exhausted by having to use her healing magic every time Severus is Summoned. Regardless, I'm so glad that they are together for the Holiday, I hope they can have an enjoyable time in Yorkshire, and that Voldemort will not call any Death Eater meetings. I think Severus needs a break. This is such an interesting story. Thanks for sharing it with us. I can see why it is special to you!Beth

Oh Beth! You honestly do leave the loveliest reviews :) I am grateful for every single one. I am so glad you are enjoying this so far, and hopefully there will be another chapter ready to post soon. Actually, if you have time tonight, stop by on Chatzy the TPP chatroom for a spell and chat to us :) <3
I think the main problem with Percy was his self-righteousness. If he would have said to his family "I love you but I have other viewpoints" and left it as that and not break from everyone, no one would have been wiser and would have probably been a lot more affected. Anyhoo...I think there's a real love and acceptance that Hermione alone gives Severus. She treats him as an equal and a friend - something he hasn't had in a long time. I'm sure that alone will help to heal him (along with other things!)
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
Yes, but for the purpose of the chapter, he needs to be totally sepearated from his family for no one can know of his death. And Hermione will be the one to provide him with the human warmth and comfort he has desired but had witheld from him his entire life. Thanks for reviwing!
Percy the Death Eater. I kind of had thought JKR might be heading that way, actually. Instead she kills off Fred. Sigh.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
It was a horrible day indeed when she killed off one of the twins. Thanks for reviewing!
Such a deep chapter. I hope they both are able to relax a little over the holidays and maybe get a little closer? I look forward to the next update.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
Thank you :) I meant for it to be deep. And you'll just have to wait and see what the next chapter brings...
I like that she's able to heal him just by touching him. I'm curious to know if they'll get even closer during the holydays...
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
I guess she is sort of like his rock in this instead of the other way around as people so often portray. I think you'll find that the holidays will be good for them, but it's not all chocolates and roses... Thanks for reviewing!
What a tough chapter. Percy is dead and no one even misses him. How pitiful. And Hermione's embrace keeps Snape from cutting himself. No wonder he holds on to her like his life depends on it. Maybe it does.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
Yeah, it was a tough chapter to write I think. It is sad that Percy's death will go unmarked. Thanks for reviewing :)
I'm not sure if I understand what "Emo" means. LOL. My son who is 13 likes "emo" hairstyles. He has his hair in his face. Moody, depressing teenagers? Not that this describes my 13yo. He's not the least bit moody or depressing. But he likes the hairstyle. I'm fine with the way you've written snape so far. Keep going! I want to read more.
Response from Hanagasume (Author of Amor Vincit Omnia)
Rather than the teenage fashion trend Emo, it is more the emotionally and mentally unstable sort. There is more on the way soon. Thanks!
Response from mimmom (Reviewer)
Thanks for helping me out with that. I would imagine anyone would be emotionally and mentally unstable in Snape's situation. He's surprisingly stable IMHO. LOL. Poor thing, what a horrific mess.
