*happy sigh* I'm so glad Neelix talked you into a happy ending. Because obviously he was not really that thrilled to be married. Nevertheless I'd love to read an alternative ending and/or epilogue.

Ahh im glad you liked it, Neelix was all for a big church scene with "Severus NOOO" but I thought it was a little too far from the original idea and a little out of theme lol. But am very glad I wrote the happy ending. Am currently working on Alternative ending and and Epilogue check back sometime in the future :) Thanks for all the support S_px

This chapter is really depressing. They're both suffering while a few words could bring them both happiness. It's so sad. As there is only one chapter I hope for a happy ending.

First I'd like to apologize because I've just realized (again) that I haven't read the last few chapters of this wonderful story. Of course I thought to everytime I received a notice of update, but (shamelessly) I put it aside for future entertainment. I really am sorry.

Now concerning this chapter I'm really curious about what cause the end of their relationship because obviously they're still deeply in love with each other. And knowing these two I wouldn't be surprised it is some sort of false sense of sacrifice from him to give her freedom because he's to old for her. I'm practically sure they never confess their love to one another. *sigh*. Intelligent people??? Really??

lol Please dont apologies for not reading the chapters when they go up. Im so shocked that some people have jsut stuck with me on this its been a little like pulling teeth lol these two do seem to both have a very self-destructive side to them dont you think? :)

I just found this story and I love it! It is so heartbreaking and so "Severus Snape." He cannot bear to take a chance on breaking Hermione's heart, so he feels he must leave her. Damn that convoluted thinking of his.I'm sorry I've just now found your story, and I can understand about writer's block... even the thought of it, let alone the real thing, boggles my mind.I'll be on the lookout for your final chapter to find out if Severus manages to over come his fear of disappointing Hermione, because it's clearly her that he loves.Beth
