Hey, I'm Meda. I am, as anyone would tell you, utterly insane. I'm usually to be found writing, banner making, shouting at misbehaving characters, writing at 4am, and pretty much always simultaneously having at least 3 conversations. If you happen to see me at 6am on a school day I might even be doing homework. Maybe.

I write a lot about Andromeda Black, quite a bit about Severus Snape (although I'm not sure if I will put that up here) and bits and pieces of other things as they come to mind.

I'm an admin at another hp fanfiction site, DungeonLight.com, and we would like a visit if you're looking for more places to put your work.

Sooo... Some basic information for those of you that are interested:

I am a 27 year old phd student/research assistant/lecturer. I am not a native speaker (nope, I am German) and I only write fanfiction from time to time.

Dramione Awards

My fic The Escort was nominated for the Dramione Awards (Best of 2009) in the category "Best Mid-Length"! It win a price in the end, but made it in the final round - and that's quite the archievement also.

For those of you who are not Dramione-Shipper, for a Dramione-Author this nomination is probably like an Oscar nomination. And I only exaggerate slightly!

Ships I sail: My pen name says it all, I love HG/DM as well as HG/LM stories. I am a bit flexible, though, as long as the story is nicely written!

Things I appreciate: Constructive criticism. If you like my stories, that's great, tell me. If you don't, that's okay, too. Even more reason to tell me, at least if it is due to: a) my writing style b) mistakes I and my beta missed or c) things that seem not plausible or confusing to you. I always strive to improve my writing, so this kind of reviews help me a lot!

Things I don't appreciate: Criticism that leads to nothing. If you don't like my pairings or my plots or even the way I describe a character... Well, that's just bad luck. I won't change it (except if it's because you can point out that my writing was not consistent). Nobody is obliged to read my stories, so if you feel like you can't connect at all with what I am writing, just don't read it.

I'm a 34 year old single Mom of one. I started writing Fanfiction at the end of 2008 so I'm fairly new! My favorite ship is of course HG/SS, but I would take on any Challenge given.

Living on the not-so-savage west coast of British Columbia, I first entered the HP fanfic community in 2004 as a writer, then as a conference presenter and a moderator for a fan-fic archive. After a long hiatus, it's a pleasure to be writing HG/SS fan-fic again.

Hi I'm Becca. Or as some people call me, Bex. Or Sniggi. Don't ask about the latter. It's a long story. Too long.

Anyway, I'm not sure what to include in this, so I apologise if it's just waffle.

Now let's see... My favourite pairing, (and the probably the only one I write) has got to be SS/HG.

I don't really know why. Perhaps because it was the first pairing I read, in "Luring The Enchantress" by Southern_Witch_69.

I have tried a hand at writing, but I am incapable of writing chaptered stories. I can only write one shots.

Anyway. I think that that is enough of me rambling on about nothing really. Cheers for reading this... stuff.

I love Severus Snape and I love SS/HG fanfiction (with a little LM/HG on occasion). And nobody is going to change that! Not even the great JKR herself could stop me from loving Severus Snape. And with what has happened in HBP, I am loyal to Severus Snape to the end. Whatever side he chooses, that's the side I'm on. I'll follow Severus Snape to whatever end.

Since 2003, I've followed Severus and my loyalty has never wavered. 

After all this time?

Always.
