I've been reading HP for about 15 years now and love reading HP fanfics, especially SS/HG stories. I do occasionally write my own fanfics, but I tend to be a bit nervous about actually posting them.
General info about me, I live in WA state, am originally from Alaska, and love reading in general (fantasy, history, trivia in particular).

Am sticking my toe out in the HP fandom after years of reading the wonderful works that abound in the fandom.

Mostly I'm a CSI writer. Grissom/Sara are my real world Snape/Hermione.

I am an 18 year-old student who, sadly, lives in the USofA. I have been reading and writing fanfiction for five years (!!!). I support all ships but mainly go for SS/HG, HG/FRorGRG, and HG/DM. Er...aside from fanfiction, I write my own stuff and draw/paint/sculpt and enjoy, for reasons baffling even myself, messing with physics.

I've been reading fanfiction for many years now and writing it for much less. D/G used to be my one and only love (it is still what I love the most) but I have recently encountered the need to branch out since I was running out of fics to read. I still dislike breaking up that very holy ship, however. And for the most part, I will shy away from any story that pairs Draco and Ginny with other people, especially if it is Hermione. I abhor Draco/Hermione because it doesn't make any sense to me. I cannot see the two together at all. That being said, I promise not to attack any Draco/Hermione lovers or shippers unless I am provoked. (Ever heard of: don't tickle the sleeping dragon?)

I don't know what else to tell you. The basics: Green is my favorite color because it makes my eyes pop; I sleep with my Blackberry, and my laptop is always within reach; I like salads and chocolate, just not together; I play Pokemon when I'm bored; if I am inside, I want it to rain; and I've recently embarked on a mission to read classic novels.

Intent on finding yet more ways to avoid real life, I decided to read fanfiction. It didn?t take long until I was attempting to scribble something of my own, although the vast majority of my attempts shall remain forever entombed on my hard drive. Most of my writing consists of vignettes and drabbles and anything short enough to actually finish. Many of my recent drabbles were written for the GrangerSnape100 LiveJournal site.

My newest joy is being able to write with my husband, who I?ve been slowly corrupting with HP fanfic. If I mention ?Hubby? in the notes, it means he was involved in the writing somehow.

I don't quite know where to start, so I guess I'll give a bit of background.

I live in a small, fairly rural town, and dream of some day being able to live in Europe. I traveled to Germany for three weeks and fell in love with the culture and the language, but German isn't going to be my major focus.

I have two cats. One named Constable Ichabod the other Katrina von Tassel. I'm a bit of a Johnny Depp and Tim Burton fan. And I like Victorian Literature. A lot. In fact, it's almost a weird fascination. I also love Renaissance lit. I have two complete works of Shakespeare. Why? Because I'm that much of a Shakespeare fangirl.

If you can't tell, I'm an English major (or am going to be, not in college yet). I don't tend to post original fiction on the web, because I don't want it to be stolen, so this is just fanfiction.

Twenty-seven year old Potterverse slave. I began writing Potter fanfiction in late 2005 and now I can't get enough of it. I'm particularly interested in slash (because boys are just too yummy) and Harry/Draco is my preferred ship, but I'll read pretty much everything.

Lets see...I'm a 29, almost 30 year old female in a small town in Arizona. I have far too much time on my hands and my husband thinks I'm completely and totally obsessed with Harry Potter. I keep telling him that Harry doesn't hold my interest...I'm a Snape-woman through and through! Well, except for my fixation with Minerva McGonagall, but that's a little different. What you will find here mostly are  only my filks, as they seem to be the only thing that gets accepted to the site.

I'm a 40 something Snapeaholic. My Muggle friends think I'm nutters so I must align myself with those that appreciate his sexy, swishy robes, snarky attitude and velvet voice. *fans self* I have a definite liking for lemondrops and wool socks (really!) and am a bit mischievious at times.

My name is Akalei Kanakele Kahookele (Ah-kuh-lay-ee Can-uh-kelly Kuh-ho-oh-kelly). I currently live in Utah, USA. I received an Associate of Science degree in May 2011 in English - Creative Writing. I'm married a great guy that I met at college in our freshman year. He's a Computer Science major. He's a great guy, but he's mine. So you can't have him.  He graduates May 2013.

I like to write happy endings and my own versions of fic clichés. A lot of my stuff is soap opera fodder and I like to think of it as tongue-in-cheek – but we all have different senses of humor.

Let’s see… I love challenges. If you’ve got a Lucius/Hermione plot bunny you’d like to see my take on, send it along! I might write it!

I usually write L&O: SVU fic (on fanficnet and svufic), though I've been a big fan of HP for awhile now. My favorite pairing is HG/SS, though I have been known to get pulled into well-written HG/DM.
