Interesting, but you have to feel sorry for his wife and his other child. of course, if his wife knew what Kendra did, then i don't feel sorry for her at all, but the child is inocent.

I hate to bring this up, but what about his wife and other child? If she's someone his mother picked out, I don't see her backing off quietly. I can't see how this is going to work out. Wonder if Albus gave Moody any of his scars.

The next chapter talks about Albus confronting his wife and child - that will be a big part of this story. Although Albus wants to be with Minerva and their daughter, he feels guilty about backing out of his marriage, even though it wasn't his decision to marry her.Thank you for your review!

What a shock for poor little Marlene to meet her father this way. at least she’d told her daughter the truth – well most of it. What a lot to have lived with all these years, both Marlene and Minerva.Now with all that Moody did, the fact that he left Minerva to die, betrayed not only her but Albus as well, I hope Albus give him a one-two!

For a chapter that repeated so much – it was still interesting to read. I liked the reactions – though I don’t know if I’d have been as nice a Minerva to Albus. She was way too forgiving – under the influence of a spell or no!

Yes, I know that it repeated a lot, but I felt that it needed to be repeated. But I'm glad that you still found it interesting! The next chapter will see Albus confront Moody. And yes, Minerva was very nice to Albus, even though he was under a spell, but remember, she had been through a lot during those past years, and she was still in love with Albus, despite everything.Thank you for your review!

I am enjoying this story. I'm curious how you will work out the various relationships. How will Dumbledore be able to trust Moody in the future?

I'm actually not sure how Dumbledore will be able to trust Moody in the future - this story has taken on a life of its own, and is NOT following the outline I drew up for it. So I'm not sure how that's going to go, but I hope that I'll figure it out!Thanks for the review!

You've made an intriguing story here. Normally I don't read stories with the warning 'torture,' but I am reading each and every challenge fic and finding some stuff I would otherwise have skipped. I look forward to finding out more about Moody's mysteriously bad behaviour.

I think Minerva was pretty gentle w/ Albus given the circumstances, though I do feel bad for all of them. It will be interesting to see how Mad-Eye responds, but even more interesting to see how Albus and Minerva rebuild some sort of relationship.

Oh, Colleen is a pice of work! Of course she used the situation to her advantage. For a brilliant wizard, Albus was right duped. At least the kids got along. I was glad there wasn't any resentment from Albert.
