Woman of mystery. The stories I write are the most interesting things about me.

If only that idiot Rowling could write like this, Deathly Hallows might have meant something.Good work; you've got me crying. It hurts, but it's a deep and meaningful story, and I salute you.

Sorry about the crying. Hakerchief?Thank you so much for the kind review.
Wow. This was really incredible. I have to say that most fanfiction, entertaining and wonderful as it may be, never really pushes the limit of language and fiction writing, to write something interesting not just in plot but in the very languge. I'd almost come to expect that I would never find a fanfic that did any of that. Thank you for proving me wrong. Seriously, though, this was wonderful. The narritive was well thought out, the transitions between memory and thought made sense, you're one of the few people ever to write dreams the way I have them (the idea of watching and being a part of the same scene. why does no one else ever talk about that?) and the ending, while it might necessarily have been happy, was necessary. And so right. Gah. Really, this puts my faith back in the literary value of fanfiction. My creative writing professor would like this.....

Blushing now. Thank you so much. I worried a bit that the language here was a bit much for a rather thin plot, but figured hey, why not experiment a bit. I'm blown away by all the nice things people have said in response, you included.
-gulp- That was so sad! and yet so amazing. Love your Severus' voice.

Thank you!
A tiny little titbit of smut to tide us over. I think you just like teasing us, don't you? ;p
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
You've fond me out! Thanks for review.
Argh... having the cure right there, so very close! *whimpers*
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Yeah, sorry... but JKR killed him first, so it's entirely my fault!
And why, in the name of all heaven, did he not think to make for her a little blue bottle for her own, of the Serum that would never have existed without her?I love your story, so sweet and yet so bittersweet, as it seems that we are heading inexorably for the "no after". But still, this is a story very well told and I am loving it, even as it appears we are approaching the inescapable wall...

My thoughts? It's a tricky potion to brew so there's only one dose at this point, and he doesn't know she'll be running off and camping and fighting next year. Either that or he has, um, other things on his mind. Thanks for reviewing!
Wow. Just... wow.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thanks!
Best new additions to the HP-universe phraseology pantheon: "hex his bits to Snitches," and "dance with Blast-Ended Skrewts."
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Glad you liked it! Hot damn, I made the pantheon!
Intriguing. I like the idea of Harry fumbling with the phials and missing a few of these revealing memories. You have such a way with words, and weaving a spell (pun intended) around the interactions between Hermione and Snape. Her small little smile. And the bit about the sun-ripened plums was gorgeous.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thank you. I figure in a crisis moment Harry might let a few things slip, and a dying Snape might not have his razor sharp focus.
Heck of a relationship going there. Snape's memories are really something.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Heh. I think the poor overburdend spy deservese some hot and happy thoughts, right?
alittle short but still a good chapter but i am a little confused are theese srveus's memmories as he lays dieing or did i miss something
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Yeah. I know it's confusing with the back and forth. The bold part's Snape bleeding to death in the Shack. The regular part is his memories... memories Harry doesnt manage to collect.Next chapter will be longer.
Kinky thing that I am I'll tell you I am enjoying all the almost public sex!! IMPERIO--I will write a longer chapter within one weeks time--
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Duly imperio'd. I'll get the next chapter in the queue right away. Thanks for reviewing.
Well, that activity would take your mind off being scared.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
It would absolutely distract me. :)
The small comforts she seeks when she is distressed... will it lead to more?
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Small? Severus objects to that particular adjective... ;)More interactions will follow, but I'm not promising a happy ending this time around.
Good chapter, I enjoyed the battle between Severus and his conscience.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thank you.
The absolute best line of the chapter: “I wouldn’t want to tell, anyhow. I want to keep this for myself.”It makes my little romantic heart beat all the faster. I think it is interesting the way Severus wants to get caught so he will not have to murder Albus. If only.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Glad to have made your heart pitter-pat. Thanks for reviewing.
Oh, this is wonderful. Please let Potter get the message in time, let Hermione get to the treatment in time . . . .
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Um... I make no promises. Sorry.
Thanks for the review.
wow very cool serveus is human but i bet he will be a prick once they leave the washroom
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Without giving too much away, I will say that he does have a moment of serious prickish leanings ahead at some point.
intresting start ill keep reading on thank you for another story for me to read
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thank you. Hope you enjoy the rest.
Hot and steamy in the bathroom. Good job!
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Poor Myrtle missed one hell of a show. Thanks for the nice review.
Nice dream sequence!
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thanks! I had a lot of fun with it.
Good start. I ofen wondered why no-one bothered raiding glaxo for a supply of anti-venom. I may be reading too much into the name, but cobra venom would be a good place to start (Nagini - naga) Of course, it's entirly possible JKR was just showing off her knowledge of Sanskrit but this is fan-fic, so anything goes! :D
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Me too, especially since Arthur had that Healer who was interested in Muggle remedies to begin with...Thanks for reviewing!
A sad chapter and I wonder if you will save Severus or not.......
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Not to spoil then end, but I'm, er, not. This was my first attempt at fanfic (posted in its entierty on Ashwinder) and I found the whole AU thing wildly intimidating. I've got a WIP ("Properties of Silver") that should have a happy ending, but this one not so much, alas.
Thank you for another great chapter.
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
And thank *you* for a great review. :)
Oh my, so well-written, like poetry. It was so poignant! I eagerly await your next chapter!Livvy
Response from madqueenmab (Author of That Language He Has Never Spoken)
Thank you. Next chapter should be up soon...
