I love Luna's character! She's almost Zen-like. This story continues to amuse and enthrall me. The partnership of Ginny and Oliver works really well, though I didn't expect it to. And, interesting addition of Cho! Brava!

Ron wants her - he wants her not - He wont buy rings because he keeps saying it is a year but he gets jealous - their is something there.Well Severus finally noticed she was not eatting and fed her a sanwich but still - This story has made him the biggest git ever. If something does not happen so - I just cannot go on like this between them. There is a fine line between love and hate and if he keeps this up - she is going to hate him

I think he has acted as Cannon Snape would. Of course it won't go on like this forever. It's only been one month. They won't just suddenly fall in love though.

Okay again - he is calling her Granger and she is married to him - he is showing her the utmost disrespect and then claiming he tolerated her for a month. Again - she should leave him and let him feel some guilt.Ron is being a half arse - no where near Severus but I think it can work eventually - they have some hope at least.

Okay, you have to consider Ron's feelings as well. Not only did the woman he love--because at this point, he does love Hermione--do a charm that would cause her to have to marry someone else, he also has to marry someone else that he does not want to marry. It would hurt anyone and cause them to act out, or at least I think it would.

Ginny and the pinky was priceless - LMAO. Harry is so hurt and I am sadden for him. Hermione is going to try to break through Snape's coldness - please - he has acted like a monster in this one - I would pack up and leave if I were her - let him stew it over and maybe feel some guilt for being a total prick to her.

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed that part. Harry is hurt, anyone would be, but I have plans for him. Severus--to me--has acted like any normal person who had to marry someone he hated would. He wouldn't care if she left at this point other than fulfulling the laws of the marriage.

I am really starting to dislike this Severus - she should just walk out on him - he is being a total arse and treating her like she is scum - she would make 100 times the woman that he could ever get and he is just plain acting stupid in this one

Um.. I look at it this way. If I HAD to marry someone that I couldn't stand to begin with, especially when I never wanted to get married in the first place, I would not be happy nor nice. It would be unrealistic to expect them all to be happy about the situation they are in. No matter what his reasoning is for not wanting to marry, the fact remains that he didn't, and now is because of her. I don't think anyone would suddenly just say, "Oh, you're my soul mate, I love you."

I am so disappointed with Severus - he was lame in the sack in this one - he felt her only a tiny bit even after she told him she was a virgin - it was worse than if he bedded a prostitute- no kissing. licking, passion or even touching her breast - that was too cold. Ginny and Oliver seems to hit the chemistry button and now Ron is in Azkaban for not consummating the marriage - I hope the couple start for fare better in the next chapters especially Severus because right now well he is lame

Thanks. You have to remember this, at this point, Severus does not care about Hermione or her feelings. He doesn't like her to begin with, he never wanted to be married, and now, because of a charm that she did, he has to marry her or end in Azkaban. Of course he was cold.

Ginny and Oliver do have chemistry! ;-)

I feel so sorry for Harry and his dreams of a family - Oliver and Ginny seem to try at least, Ron and Luna well they are even bonded yet and he has went to sleep and Severus and Hermione well that one seems like it will become an eruption to come.

Well,well, now! It looks like Cho struck a nerve with that "perfect" comment. I KNEW it had to be her! Ron, that is atypical behavior for him. Luna is so subtle, sometimes I think she could have been a Slytherin.I like the tension that is developing between Harry and Cho. I'm sure things aren't going to get better with Olivaer and Ginny being in Italy!I like the slow progression that is going on with Hermione and Severus. I think they are the most complex of the three, so it's going to take a bit more to nudge them along. I also don't mind slow build-ups if the tension is good. And don't worry, I'm not a Drarry shipper, so I'm happy!Livvy

i really liked this chapter and how you are moving things along. i didn't see the cho thing coming, either, but i like it and look forward to seeing what happens there! i'm enjoying how you are developing things with all three couples. and severus expressed exactly how i felt about hermione's poem, but i guess she explained why what she said in the poem didn't matter. anyway, great story, and i'm looking forward to more!

Right, from the reviews I got from the first chapter, I wanted it explained that the poem doesn't pick your mate, otherwise, Ginny's really would've been Harry. It doesn't pick who you want, but who is best suited. Glad you're enjoying!

hasn't Severus agreed to make wolfsbane for the 13-y-o werewolf? does the boy's family not want him? sigh. that Ron is still a git - nasty to Luna, won't get her a ring, insists it's a one-year only marriage and then acts all possessive... I'm ready to call Stanly and make a date for him with Luna in eleven months. poor Cho, still having to deal with Harry in Italy; looks like Harry still has a 'saving people thing' as Hermione once called it. thanks for the new chapter!

Thanks June! Hermione hasn't asked Severus just yet, but she does have something in mind. The boy's family does want him, it's the populace demanding something be done. They are scared after the war snd Fenrir.

Oooh.... it was Cho... hmm, good choice. For one, I like *this* Cho. She seems to have grown up a little bit from the crying-over-dead-boyfriend and overly-jealous-over-a-friend. I didn't think she'd pursue to be an Auror though. Always thought she's someone who would, I dunno...cempete with other witches for the front cover of Witches of the Month? And she seemed determine to catch this killer too. Harry's idea to use Polyjuice Potion is right down egotistical. Think the women can't take care of themselves, eh? Humph! On another note, soo... the killer aim for long and dark hair, eh? *in small voice* Maybe I should cut my hair, they're getting too long to handle anyway... *whistle nervously*

Oh, Phoebe has long, dark hair too! I know! She would be following Oliver and Ginny quietly to Italy and then she'd be one of the victim's killer! And then... I don't know what happens then... you tell me. I wonder if Harry would consider Cho when he saw Ginny and Oliver together... hmm...

Ha! Apparently now Severus knows that Hermione was never really think Ron was her soul mate. Now he knows that Hermione *do* have some standard in what she wants as her partner and that he is the ONLY one perfectly match for her. I really do like that Severus didn't hold on to that soul mate thingy-ma-jingy. Not on Hermione's aspect of course, but on Lily's. Glad to know he moves on... :)

Can't wait to read more, update quick!!

Thanks Zyra! She has grown some! I picked Cho and Oliver because they are not used much and because we don't know a lot about their characters. Well, she did play Quidditch at Hogwarts, so I see her competing with the blokes! ;-)
She is more determined to catch the killer now that Harry is there! Harry (to me) is more like he would rather risk himself than anyone.

I have plans for Pheobe! ;-)

Well, he definitely knows Ron wasn't a real choice for her from the poem she said...Yep, he will move on!

CHO! I was so wrong, but it totally makes sense! I really like your version of her, too. Something tells me her plan is going to work a little too well. And Harry certainly needs to do some heavy-duty self-examination.

I'm glad to hear more about Severus and Hermione. I'm also very curious about who is that "very familiar voice". A woman, maybe a Slytherin one. In French we, litterally, say that we give the tongue to the cat when we don't have any clue of what or who it is. I don't suppose that's the same in english but I'll be glad to learn. Once again thank you for this brilliant story.
