Yeah, sorry about Severus' attitude. I think he really needed to flush that out of his system for good! Professor Fletchley is just another one of Snape's adoring female fans—but one who has greater access to Snape! Yeah, Ashwinder seems to take a day or two longer. I think PP moved the queue along pretty quickly on this one though. I think Ron's going to need some time, but he will eventually realize the same thing Hermione did~that they should only be friends. We'll eventually get to their resolution, but first I'd like to see Hermione and Snape realize each other's desire for the other! I'm getting impatient for that! LOL! Thanks for your kind review =)

A lot of times teenagers will "think" they are in love, only to learn much too late that they haven't experience "real" love (*AHEM* Enter Severus Snape). They had the joy of finally being together after their years of drama, combined with hormones, and of course, they genuinely care for eachother. In the end, though, they will always love each other, but they won't be in love. (At least in my story. In canon, I have to accept that Ron's the best man for her since there's no chance in hell it's going to be Snape-HA!) So, I'll just indulge in a little fun fantasy here: bringing this pair together. Thanks for the review, and I hope you continue to enjoy the story!

You're right. Draco is someone Severus loves. We do not see anyone on the receiving end of Snape's love in canon, except when we find out about Lily. Snape loves fiercely and thoroughly. In this story, Draco is important to him, and no, I do not think he could have cast the fire over his cell. Draco's actions were very real, however. He is close enough to Severus to show his fear and ask for help, but he would not do that in front of Harry. But also, Severus honestly told him there was probably nothing else he could do for Draco. Severus did not want Draco to give up hope, but the realization of the hopelessness of the situation still affected Draco and managed to resign him to despair. 

Severus and Hermione both have some things to work on, definitely. They desire each other intensely, but is it love? I hope you stick with me on the journey to find out.

! Yes, Harry thought he would be able to secure Azkaban just fine. He did at first, getting a little overexcited when it was Bellatrix's turn! =) Soon, however, his emotions took over. Without going in to too much detail, the Ministry was really ruthless at the postwar trials, and there are perhaps, some prisoners in there who do not deserve to be. I'll be exploring Harry's feelings a bit more in this story. I see him as thinking that happiness would be had once Voldemort was defeated but finding that it isn't so easy to adjust to life postwar. He tries to hang on to whatever has made him happy in the past, not liking when those things change because he has lost so much. He has a bit of struggling to do.

Hermione definitely let her temper get the better of her. She heard Harry's story and saw how upset he was. Hermione's a good friend and believed Harry. And while Harry did not lie, Hermione did not think there could be more to the picture than the bit that Harry painted for her. This will be a lesson learned for her.

Yes, the mention of Azkaban will still send shivers down people's backs. Hellacious.

! Yes, Severus is very confused. He knows Hermione desires him, which he would disfavor the same way he does with his fangirls, except that he desires her back. Hopefully she will be able to convince him of just how great he is =)
