Okay, *how perfect* was it for Luna to be doing the infodump here! *heart*
Response from WonderfulChild (Author of The Wild Hunt)
Well, I figured if anyone knew anything about the Tor and believe it, it would be Luna.

Another chapter! I'm so happy. : )
Delicious, as per usual!
This is getting more and more mysterious, and more and more exciting.
Why do I think the old man isn't what he seems?
Response from WonderfulChild (Author of The Wild Hunt)
I don't know. Thanks for reading!
Great chapter, it explains a lot of the mystery. It does seem that some outside force is attempting to bring Snape and Hermione together, at least in lust. Are the animals playing a role, just the dog Rupert, or is that my imagination? The old man is more than he has revealed and much more than he seems, in my humble opinion.
Response from WonderfulChild (Author of The Wild Hunt)
I'm afraid I have been sworn to secrecy by the old man. I'm not allowed to confirm or deny such questions and speculation until it's time or he'll have his dogs lick me to death. I do hate dog slobber. Thanks for reading and I'm glad you enjoyed this chapter.
Interesting story so far, but I have one question. The old man with the dogs, if he isn't a squib or wizard, how can he know so much about wizards and such? The answer is probably part of the intrigue... so you don't have to answer. But I am curious about it... good job.
Response from WonderfulChild (Author of The Wild Hunt)
Can't say, unfortunately. I'm sworn to secrecy by threat of dog slobber. Thanks for the review and I'm glad you're enjoying it.
Well, things seem to be heating up. I loved the lore you added in.

You write some of the best stuff. ^_^ Snape's a real bastard, it seems, so I am interested in seeing what happens!
This has a good mixture of the ridiculous, petty, and aggravating habits and actions of a number of people. Looking forward to more.
ooooooooooooooooooooooooh r-e-a-l-l-y now?
So it's the TOR bringing them together? My my. I wonder if Snape is having dreams too?
Too bad Hermione didn't get to finish reaming out Severus. She had a great head of steam built up. Very suspenseful story! Hope you have more in the queue.
Viktor is just too smiley. Is he OK or is he "up to something?" Harry certainly seems protective. He isn't interested in Viktor or Hermione is he? And naughty little Hermione; well it is better than constant mourning.
Good chapter, should Victor be giving me the creeps? Or am I being attacked by a rabid plot bunny??
The elderly man certainly reads more in Severus and Hermione than they do. This story is quite different from Walk Through the Fire, but I like it as much.
Bastard Snape at his finest(or meanest?). Love the premise and the writing is well done. Cannot wait to see where you take this! Thanks for a job well done!
Somehow, I can picture Snape being that much of an ass.*snerkOk, well I still thinks he needs a pet but he'd probably use it for Potions.Hermione having company would be nice, even entertaining (bad pun). i'm enjoying the chapter keep it up!
Goodness. He's quite the bastard, isn't he!?
I'm enjoying this story. It is well written and very interesting. I'm interested to see where you are leading this. One little thing though, there is no rabies in England. None in the wildlife and there are very strict quarantine laws on domestic animals. Thought you might like to know, hope you don't mind. Looking forward to the next update. Toodles.
Ooooh! I just found this story after having someone recommend it! This is fantastic!!! "Rex" Oh, so many meanings in that! I will be looking forward to more!
Congratulations on having this story recommended to the the LiveJournal New Library community -- your second story recommended, I believe.I can understand why this story been nominated to that august community. It is is fabulous!! I've bookmarked it, and will be following it -- I have to know how it ends. The sex scene you described between Severus and Hermione was... was... just incredible. The dreams they "share" are intoxicating.I understand that this story come slowly to you, but I want to let you know how very special it is, and I hope that your muse will visit you again and often. 1000 Points to your House.Beth
I can certainly relate to Hermione's feelings about not wanting to discuss Ron's death so much. A year is just long enough to begin to realize the depth of the grief, and one really needs time to become comfortable with it.Viktor seems like he is going to be a problem.Severus seems like he is coming to accept, with a little grace, the fact that she lives upstairs. And he likes her legs........ 8^)Great chapter! Thanks,Beth
I love this story and your writing style! The way you weave Welsh mythology throughout the narrative is flawless.I've loved all things of Arthurian Legend, witches, wizards, faeries, and the like since I was a small child. Some of my earliest memories are of my parents reading to me from Grimm's Fairy Tales, and I guess I never out grew my love of myths and legends. This is a wonderfully entertaining story, and I thank you for sharing it with your readers. Well done!Beth
Wow! There are a number of things going on in your tale: The Tor seems to be calling to both Severus and HermioneThe old man has the idea that they are a coupleThe dog brrought them together in the first place Hermione is having the most erotic dreams about Severus! Viktor is creeping Hermione outLets see, other than these things, I only have only one question: Is Severus having the same kind of dream about Hermione that she is having about him? This is seriously good writing!!!Beth
Severus is having a really bad time of it right now, isn't he? And Hermione is rather upset herself. Something tells me that sooner or later they are going to have to get on the same page since their dreams and their realities seem to be linked. Hummm.....This is well written and fun to read!Beth
