HG/SS shipper at heart, but quite willing to read beyond that pairing, even slash. Currently undergoing fascination with Death Eaters and the Black sisters. Loves good dark!fic and IC Snape. Open to friending in her LJ.

I think Hermione or Snape should adopt the dog if no owner is found (I hate it when dogs are left tied up, it actually makes the poor animal nuts after awhile). Sorry to hear you killed off Ron, but thats life. I think Snape would do well with a dog, they are naturally attuned to their owners and have a tendency of worming into your heart and they are very therapudic. Great chapter and very readable. I look forward to your next posting.
This is a wonderful story, I am looking forward to reading more of it. The depth of Hermione's anguish at Ron's death (arriving too late to even say goodbye), her aversion to Snape, and his to her, I sense a past more indepth than simply "you were a git to me at school and you killed Dumbledore". And of course her feelings that she is somehow betraying Ron by agreeing to receive letters from Krum. I really can't wait to read what you have in store next.
Oh, and who does the dog belong to? Or who is the dog?
I like that you leave snape in his bastard role, and I like that you let brilliant Hermione still be annoyingly naive.
p.s. i love you for killing ron first
Your story is enthralling -- your use of language is masterful. Plot is completely unformulaic and really just delightful. Can't wait to read more.
