I have to apologize to everyone, period. Real life swallowed me whole, as I have been struggling to make a living writing original fiction over the last 8 years. It has not been easy, & has been complicated by health issues. I hope people can forgive my long silences. Trying to make enough money to live on from writing is a lot harder--waaaay harder--than it looks. (At least I didn't leave any posted fanfics unfinished.)
Anyhoo...
These stories are works of parody (& thus are allowable under US law), and are not written for profit. Just for fun. I'm not making any money off of any fanfics, nor will I ever. I'm just playing around in other writers' universes.
...I am, however, making something of a living off my own stories. (If anyone wants to play around in my universes, you may visit my website, www.jeanjohnson.net, and look up my policy on Fanfics & Fanarts. It's reasonable enough and fairly easy to follow, too...)

Aww, poor Sev. Let him have the condiments of his choice! What kind of battle is that for Hermione to fight. I could smack her. ROFL. Very cute drabble.
I always pictured Snape as a catsup kind of man! very cute! @--->----Rain
I love these hundred word drabbles. Thank you.
fantastic. very nice!
hahaha! Love it. reminds me of chewing gum... hee hee. nicely played!
LOLROF!!!! That is just too funny. Sounds like something my husband would do.
Some people chocolate, some like wine... give me a vintage Heinz Ketchup anyday! I had the same problem as Severus when I first got married. I solved it by having a daughter with the same addition as me. Can't argue when it's 2 against 1.Thanks for the laugh. Cute fic.

You're welcome. I can't have catsup anymore, myself (tomatoes and I don't get along), but that's alright, because I never cared for it on my eggs...~Lotmphood philistine
Response from oscarxena (Reviewer)
Now I'm curious. By "philistine" you cou;d either bohemion or materialistic At dinner, would you order the fois gras because it was expensive or because it was pan seared with pistachioes?
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
*kitty-ears perk up* Pan-seared with pistachios? That actually makes it sound good! (Highly fattening, but good!) *scampers off to investigate*~Lotm(And by philistine, I actually meant "archaic heathen".)
Response from oscarxena (Reviewer)
I'm not sure how archaic you are but at least you are a heathen...who isn't really? I forgot to mention that the frois gras had a cognac reduction sauce...it really was to die for...
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
Actually, I had the difference between heath (low shrubby thing with needle-leaves) and heather (low shrubby thing with cedar-like scale-leaves) pointed out to me just the other day... Since heath is native to this area, and heather is native to Scotland...yeah, I'm a heath-en. Except I'm otherwise quite civilized.~Lotm*snerk*
Ewwww ... she's right. It's absolutely disgusting.
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
Yes, and I would agree with you, but I do have friends who swing the other way. (Okay, that came out rather kinky...)~Lotm
[Chuckles gleefully] Thanks for sharing!
Well I'm obviously NOT related to Hermione as that's the ONLY way my dad's family will eat their scrambled eggs (at least my mother's side influenced me personally - none for me thank you). Too early or not! Poor Sev reduced to begging for condiments. hehehe Thanks for the giggles.

You're welcome!~Lotm
What's wrong with you girl?? Catsup? On the eggs? YUCK! He should try Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce in stead.
But she IS right, it is too early in the morning to be contemplating eggs or catsup.
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
I'd pick neither, myself...and Longhorn BBQ sauce is better.~Lotm
silly:-) i love it.
This is amusing *grin*
I have a question though, what is catsup?
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
Alternative spelling: ketchup. A condiment made from tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, and spices. Most commonly put on hamburgers, hotdogs, and french fries....There is a great debate among egg enthusiasts as to whether ketchup/catsup (older spelling) enhances the eggs' flavor, or is a crime against nature.~Lotm
Response from JTBJAB (Reviewer)
Oh! Ketchup! We usually call that Tomato Sauce. (I've capitilised them because here they are brand names, especially Tomato Sauce (Heinz) )
And is a must with fried breakfast... and for those inclined - Brown sauce *shudders*
It's always laid out on the table for breakfast (I work in a restaurant) and it's only those two sauces that are put out on the tables for the customers.
I've never heard of it being called catsup before... only Ketchup and Tomato Sauce... while I was in America, I always had to remember to call it Ketchup though, otherwise I was given a blank look. Lol!
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
Tomato Sauce is something different, here. There's tomato juice (thin), tomato sauce (semi-thick), and tomato paste (verrrrry thick). All of these are straight tomato based. Ketchup (or catsup, the older style name for it) is made with sugar, vinegar, and spices.~Lotm
Response from JTBJAB (Reviewer)
Yep, our Ketchup/Tomato Sauce is made of the same stuff.
Your Tomato juice/sauce/paste is called Tomato Puree here, regardless of thickness. The only time it's called something different is when it's for a specific dish: Pasta Sauce. But that's just a really smooth Tomato Puree, so it's just a selling point really - for the lazy cook.
The differences are really weird. Lol!
I'm with Severus, it's the only way I can stomach eggs. But it has driven several roomates buggy.
Yaaaayyy for Catsup (ketchup?) on scrambled eggs!! Love em on top of grits!!! Cute story!
ugh, gross! Is Severus suddenly related to my little brother? gag! LOL.
Response from ladyofthemasque (Author of It's Too Early In The Morning For This)
And a lot of other culinary aarvarks, I am sure.~Lotmwho doesn't like ketchup, bleahhh
