Reviews for Of Debts and Debt Collection
I'm sad it's almost finished but I supposed every story must have an end one way or another. I miss the tutoring dueling sessions between Severus and Harry. I think I'll reread them waiting for the next chapter. BTW 2 in so short time, that's always a pleasure.
The last part of this chapter was really lovely, he really is delicious isn't he?!Liked the part with Neville too, I could just see Neville's shock when Severus sat in the students seat. And I LOVED the "rain quite hard" bit, lots of stupid giggling!
I love tender moments like this one, I love a relaxed Severus, a teasing Severus, I love Tom Cruise, ... Err sorry I let my mind go too far. But I DO love your work. Really much. ANd I'm glad Severus' playind the father figure with Neville. He needs and deserves it.
ahh As good as dark chocolate, bittersweet and satisfying!
It just had to be Norbert. That dragon caused more trouble when he was a baby, he might as well continue in the fine tradition.
I'm quite enjoying Romantic!Snape. Just goes to show that the proper incentive is the most important way to cause change.
And I quote my reaction: "Ohhhhh, *shit*!"
mmmm I loved the verbal lemony sparring. Quite delish!

*grins* Thank you. After originally publishing that chapter, people would often ask me how hard it would rain. :)

LOL!!!!
Wow. I just stumbled upon this. You are an excellent writer. This story was well thought-out, entertaining, gripping. Masterpiece.

Thank you so much. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed it. I wrote Debts, wow - coming up on 7 years ago now, and love to see people still discover and enjoy it.

Now the plan's in motion, hopefully they'll be ready. Poor Moody; he really wanted to see Lucius dead. Maybe he'll still get that chance. I have a strong feeling that Severus' plan will work wonderfully. And he's about to be put on the spot once again thanks to Minerva's idea for an engagement dinner.
Response from Anastasia (Author of Of Debts and Debt Collection)
*nods* Yes, everything is in motion now. Moody would dearly love to see Lucius dead, indeed. There is someone else that feels even more strongly about that though.
Thanks!
wow, still the slippery double agent I see. Great flow, too bad you allowed Malfoy to live.

Thanks, and true: Lucius did deserve to die, but he has a purpose still...
Love this!! Please continue it! <#
I'm glad Draco didn't kill Lucius. Lucius will probably rot away in Azkaban now, after they get all the info they need from him of course. I'm also glad to see Draco and Severus made it back safely. I have the feeling that Wormtail still has a purpose, since he's yet to fufill his life debt to Harry.
Thoughts don't need quotation marks.
that's a so great chapter full of events. I can't help but wonder what the sixth horcrux is. I would bet on harry or maybe the sorting hat. lte's see that in the next (chapter ?)
Response from Anastasia (Author of Of Debts and Debt Collection)
A new chapter is posted now and, although it's Horcrux free, I doubt that you'll care. ;-)
Nice finish! Thatnks for the tale.

Great chapter again!
SSLE
He's done it twice now they say that third time is the charm....must go, need to attend to urgent matters....
Oh please, please, please tell me crooks gets Pettigriew. I'm glad Draco showed himself as the better man too. ow about setting him up with someone nice?
I liked the way Severus convinced Ron to finally talk to Hermione. I thought that was really sweet of him, since he knows how important Ron's friendship is to her. Severus has a very strong plan laid out so far. However, that flash of green light at the end of this chapter doesn't bode well. I'm looking forward to seeing what's going to happen.
ohhh evil cliffie! Nice chapter I love Severus's plans. Setting Fred & george loose making traps should be quite entertaining.

Good chapter!!!
*squeak* that's got to be the most cruel cliffie I've read in a very long time. On the other hand, I'm still reading, right? I rather enjoy your characterizations, but I'm in a bit of a fluff mood, at the moment. You do very well handling the sort of strategy stuff I just don't have a mind for. Keep it coming!!
Yikes, I'm scared! Keep it coming, the story is great. Snape is fantastic and terrible (just the way i like him). I'm on the edge of my seat for the rest of the story. Kudos!

Thanks :) Another chapter is up now.
Severus is right, both about the long slippery slope into immorality and the site of the final battle. There is nothing so horrifying or demoralizing as an attack on children. I can see why Hogwarts had to be the scene for the final battle, both in canon, and in most fanfic.
Response from Anastasia (Author of Of Debts and Debt Collection)
*nods seriously* The invasion of the harsh world into innocent childhood (or even the mundane day-to-day life of adults), is an undeniable fact. It will happen and there's no morals about the location.
Glad that you're enjoying it. Another chapter is up now.
I was wondering when Severus would light into Ron. I agree with everything that Severus has said. The castle would be the place of the final battle, and Harry is the only one who is obligated to murder--and in cold blood. I'm also glad he stepped in because of the way Ron is treating Hermione. Severus knows how upset she truly is; hopefully he knocked some sense into Ron.
Response from Anastasia (Author of Of Debts and Debt Collection)
Thank you. I, obviously, am not a Ron-fan. I wanted to kill him off just so I wouldn't need to write him actually. *laughs*
He did need some sense knocked into him, and yes, reality sucks everyone. Deal with it. ;-)
