Okay, I had to stop and think about this, because while I have no issue with threesomes (the more the merrier, I say!) something about SS/HG feels very exclusive to me. The verdict here is that I liked this. I wouldn't typically choose Ginny to join them, but because she and Hermione have a past sexual history, and because she is the one who brought them together, it sort of felt like she was passing the torch on to Severus, so to speak. Like, rather than throw them together, all nerves and newness, she is easing them into this, and then quietly steps out the backdoor. If that makes any sense at all.More than anything, I love the sneakiness of George Flooing Severus. And Ginny knowing he did, but not letting on. Of course, Hermione was blindsided all around. Still, I don't hear her complaining. ;)

One of the reasons I always cherish your comments is that you seem to totally 'get' me. You explain my motives to me better than I can ever articulate them, and when I read your reviews, I find myself thinking, "Yes, and that! That's exactly what I was trying to say!!"Thank you for reading. I don't 'do' casual sex very well in fic, and I didn't want this to come across as gratuitous. I am delighted to discover that I have not yet read all you have on offer. *does happy dance*I liked the interaction between Snape and Ginny while at Hogwarts. He isn't exactly sweet to her, but he saves her from harm, and helps her out with her original goal of collecting food. What I really liked is that he recognizes she is up to something productive, and she recognizes that he is at least somewhat on their side, without any of those words actually being said.Harry and Ron are a couple that I am bland about; I can take them or leave them. I am glad that you didn't make Hermione and Ginny a couple as they aren't a pair I can ever see working out. The fact that they are just exploring themselves in what you aptly named masturbation by proxy, I can believe. But, the story isn't actually about either, so that is neither here nor there.I always get a kick out of everyone knowing that Severus and Hermione are hot for each other, with the exception of the two themselves. Put George and Ginny together on a mission, and I don't know whether to be excited or nervous.

Thank you so much for your comments. I probably agonised over this story more than any I've ever written. I was challenged to write a three-way, and rather than write slash (which I can only slash Severus with Filch or Reg Black without wanting to stick a fork in my brain), or a het M/M/F, I thought, "Hey! I'll keep him 100% het with two women!" Unfortunately my inner Hermione became incredibly jealous at the idea of sharing him with another woman! I ended up sort of compromising, but I was never quite sure whether it worked or not. I've had a lot of mixed reviews about this one, but I'm always glad when something about a fic I've written scores a happy point with someone!

UHm I think you met the objective. There was a 3some. =). LOL at preening SNape. "least he hadn’t gone to fat like Lucius Malfoy".SS and HG said very romantic things to each other. =)

so far this is a good fic. One way of getting Ron out of the way is have him fo after Harry. 
Ron-Harry is the one slash ship you would expect to be logical out HP. (usually we see harry/draco, but we should be seeing more harry/ron!!!!)If you are not fundamentally a slash writer, or a horror writer, etc, the subject is going to be difficult. Points to you for giving it a try. (cough-

What gets odd for me, (not your writing) is the H/G pairing. A het gal isnt just going to have sex with another girl, where as males will probably screw anything that breaths...LOL

This story is good, it really comes across that Ginny and Hermione really care about each other. I too (as HBAR writes) love stories in which they are clueless but those around them are not. I do like slash with Snape though only if HG is in the mix. i love Malfoy Sr. and Remus. But not a lot. Thanks Teddy.hugs~dee

Well it was the only way it could be done, really. None of us want anyone but Hermione touching Severus Snape in a sexual way and I dont want Severus touching anyone else but Hermione. I could only appreciate it because it was our beloved Jenny, who loves them both in a close friend way and was already friends with benefits with Hermione. It became a little bit dicy when Jenny let Severus give her oral sex. The Hermione in me didn't want his mouth enjoying anyone elses pussy but hers. I was kind of surprised that Jen stayed as long as she did, once the two people this was actually about were moving forward on their own, her presense became a bit invasive to me. If you had to follow the 3 way rule to conform to the guidlines, you did the best as I could possibly tollerate regarding Severus with another woman. Hermione could have done Jenny's muffin while Severus took care of Hermione. I think I'm feeling that Jenny was involving herself in what should have been a speacial event for Hermione and Severus, not Jenny. I would have rather seen Jenny take the flew over to see George and they could comfort eachother in a speacial way.
