Back from vacation. Just put up chapter 12. Enjoy. I have severe writer's block but my previous outline will hold me in good stead! Will try to get chapter 13 out by the end of Sept!

Poor Severus and Hermione. The only way out is to truly fall in love and have a baby! Glad you liked the chapter. I will finish 12 & hopefully 13 by the end of vacation.
Great chapter. I'm a bit concerned. They seem to be enjoying this new life very much. What happens when they are slapped back into the reality of their world? Oh, the anticipation. Loving it. Cheers.

I truly adore this story and simply can't wait to see how the married life sits with them. Teehee. This last chapter was good. And although Narcissa is prim and proper, she's not too prudish to not enjoy the marriage bed, which got Hermione thinking on it. Teehee.

I am so glad you enjoy it. I truly admire your work, so that makes your praise doubly touching. I decided Narcissa is capable of presenting many personalities. Besides, someone has to prod our young heroine into the arms of her dark, loving husband! 
I love this story :)I read quite a few historical romances and I think you're getting it spot on (well perhaps not the mother screaming in ecstacy - never seen that before!)

Thank you. My beta & my Victorian/Edwardian handbook are always present. I used to inhale historical romances too. One guess which were my favorites! I couldn't help making Narcissa much more passionate in the privacy of her bedchamber.
good story is it going to move up to an nc17 in the end.

well, depending on my muse, it might be nc 17 by chapter 10. this is my first attempt at writing & so am not sure what my muse will come up with. i am almost positive that by the end of the story it will be nc 17 though!. keep reading & enjoying!
Greetings,Thought I should point out an inconsistancy. From the first chapter "Snape had been working for the Order, and the “death” of Dumbledore allowed them access into Voldemort’s inner circle. Shortly after Voldemort’s defeat, Dumbledore reappeared and promptly went into a quiet retirement," Then in this chapter you make a big deal about him being in the story. Thank you for writing and I look forward to more.

*sigh* thank you for pointing that out for me. i totally forgot to fix that. i do appreciate it, really. i would have forgotten again. i'll do it now. hope you enjoy the rest of the story though! please let me know if you catch any more. tinnidawg & i try to catch them all, but they sure are slippery little things!
I really enjoyed this story but I feel sad about the ending. Will there be a sequel?

A gentle storyline and the relationship builds nicely.
Maybe a bit too little 'action' compared to the HP-world?
Could esp Hermione really reduce herself to selecting colour schemes and hosting parties? I imagine she'd now be itching for lots and lots of things she hadn't been able to do.
I agree with other reviewers that I'd like to see how they take it from there, now that they have magic at their disposal and all.
I snort at the idea how they will now interact with all the people they met over there. Who would be in for the greatest shock?
Ah I will have to imagine it myself then, which is also nice.

What are the differences to a Muggle marriage?
Why would she want this, seeing that they didn't like each other? I coudl see why he could want it...
Will 'it' (whatever it is) stick when they return?
Are they even magical (enough) in this role to get 'it'?
