A chance comment on encountering Severus Snape on a bad hair day leads to mortification (hers), teasing (his) and eventually to Emma, Elizabeth and Simon Granger-Snape.

I will continue. The story is finished. I am posting it in drabble form because this suits the story.

LOL! Cute.
Ah, the complex genetics of hair inheritance. It won't work, Hermione. Seriously, great start, and I can picture both of them (including hairstyles!). Looking forward to the rest. As an aside, my parents actually got together after he made a disparaging comment about her hair, and they're still together 50 years later, so it does happen!
Ooh! Intriguing start!

Thank you for reading and reviewing. This little series of drabbles (it is finished) is my first foray into HP-fanfiction and you are therefore my first reviewer! Do you have a wish I can fulfill by writing?
Well, of course Severus would understand what she meant and why she said it.. but that doesn't mean he can't tease her later, right?
I hope he teases her mercilessly. He wouldn't be Severus Snape, otherwise.
I'm enjoying this, but I got a bit confused with Chapter 2. Chapter 3 helped bring me back in, though. :)
Loved this!!
Ha! If I could favorite this twice, I would do so because of the last paragraph! Genius
Immediately had to click favorites due to the last part alone :)
Your story was fantastic!!!! xx
That was so wonderful. I sometimes forget that shorter can be just as nice as novel length (and I love what happened to Simon...I can see Severus' eyes rolling and him pinching the bridge of his nose while shaking his head in shame of his son's actions).
Kaboom!
I love the playful banter along the way about their children, but I have to wonder when one of them is going to decide that they really want that to be a reality? It surely won't be at the same time as the other. Things never seem to work out that nicely. Maybe here they will. We shall see.

Thank you for your reviews, I am delighted to the extent that I won't need chocolate cake in the nearer future...The way I picture them they are truly clueless, socially akward because of their various inferiority complexes. But fear not, the tone of this story is too light for prolonged suffering;)

Awww ... it is definitely meant to be.
Dear Severus,
If a woman allows you to eat some of her chocolate, she wants you. Just sayin' ...
While we're at it I'd like to state that I do not want more than three.”
I love it! Twenty points to Slytherin!
Sure, blame it on an over analyzing mind. These two are going to be blindsided by their feelings. Hopefully soon.
Yes, blame it on the exhaustion and sleep deprivation. :)
I'm fascinated by the progress of this story. It hooked me when you'd only posted up to chapter 5, and it stuck in my memory well enough to remind me to come check for more. Despite the drabble format, the story has a feeling of body to it. It's very enjoyable. I like your light style; the repetition of openings about Kingsley being surprised by Severus' presence is such a smooth and simple way of adding humor while moving the story forward. Looking forward to further scenes :)
I'm having so much fun with this (and hope you are as well).
Hee, this is huge fun
impending collision ahead :D
:) love that you are continuing on with your tale - and increasing it with each addition
