Thanku :)Crookshanks has one as well if you're wanting to read.I'm not sure how i got this on 'paper' and to be as well-written as it is, seeing as I wrote it during/after an abusive relationship and I was pretty messed up in the head. It was barely polished, as well. Only a couple of spelling and grammar mistakes.This was my way of coping through that period of my life, and even though I do not under any circumstances condone what has happened in this fic, it felt and still does feel good to be able to express it and acknowledge what happened to me. Still ooc, backstory not convincing. Imo if you wish to make this kind of thing work, one needs to write a long story, NOT two brief pages. There are some fics out there who deal with this very "beautifully" , shame i forgot the name....

There is a reason why she's like this, and it's too long to write on each and every review i get that minorly flames me for writing her like this. how horrible i should have payed more attention to the warning and skpped it but since i didnt i'd like to say that i wish he would have spoke out against his father. i read that in another story too where his fathers voice influenced him but anyway poor hermione i wish she would have been stronger and just left him instead of killing herself

it's hard to leave someone when you've been brainwashed for years to believe something, like not being worthy. I used to be in a very violent relationship a few years ago and this is what i wished would happen. I was only in it for two years, Hermione was in it for about 10 (that will be explained in the next one that i'm working on.)thanks for the review!!

it really gives great incite to the inner workings of Severus, and what makes him tick.

i cant wait to read the next companion piece. do you think it may end up being a longer fic? such as a short story or short novel? i would venture to guess that you could probably have quite a bit to work with as far as a more in depth plot may go.

or do you think you will be able to wrap everything up in just one more (or possibly a few more) companion piece(s)? i'm just curious because i really enjoy your writing and on one hand cant wait to see how you will finish this but on the other hand i dont want to see it end too soon.(thats me...........)

Wow, that was very powerful. I'm still reeling.My personal opinion is that this is not what Snape is like, really, and like say it is an opinion - not a criticism of your writing. I tend to write him darker as well and have portrayed him as a mentally unstable abuser.Having had personal experience of violence and people with violent pasts as well I'm not ignorant of it. I think one thing to be careful of (and this is not directed to you, more a thought of mine, I suppose) is that not all people with violence in their lives react the same way; that is, they don't all become physical abusers. There are other factors at play, which is why I am on Sev's side here (and that's going by canon).Also, I would't see Hermione marry an abusive man as she doesn't have the pathology for it (from what I've read of her thus far).Having said all that! I do like your story. It's well written and the gaps in each are made up in the other. The end was painful, but not sad. It's very thought provoking.I am very sorry this was something you have experienced so I hope in some small way it helped.

I think this one... definitely more of a companion piece than a sequel... was more powerful than the other. I actually felt a little nauseious at the end when she fell.

Of course, as I was reading this, I was saying to myself, "Haven't I read this before?" Hahaha. Yup, in a way. I prefer to think of it more as a 'parallel piece'. For some reason, I always prefer things from Severus' POV. Good job.

Wow. This is a really gritty look at how someone can wrestle with their psychic demons and lose. I imagine it could be this way with someone so tortured, being married to someone so young and unsure of themselves.

I was going to review the first one... good I promise, but decided that I should read this one to understand the back story better. I enjoyed both very much. I have trouble seeing Hermione do this, but I can see Severus snaping and being very much like this. You did a great job showing how a person and think and feel one way, while sayinmg and doing something very different.Kudos to you!!
