LOL I like how her plan worked, in more ways than one. She sure seems to be enjoying the unintended consequences. Very creative way of writing it as just straight dialog leaving so much to the reader's interpretation.

Dialogue is what usually causes me the most conflict and I still don't know where this story came from, but I'm very glad you feel I got it right!

No matter how many times I read this (five time now) it never fails to make me squeee with joy, giggle at fucksticks, and swoon with happiness!
OK, I feel like a American twit. Fill me in on the Brit wit. I don't get the joke Severus makes when he says, "I'm northern, Hermione. I don't do wit". I promise I'll laugh.
He seems awfully willing to comply with Hermione's silliness, for Snape. I like it. :)
At least she realized she was making a mistake and correct it. And the result...she's happy :)Loved it. Thank you.
